I recently took my family to the You Ran Lanxi Cultural Resort for a relaxing getaway, staying at the Lu'an Lanxi Garden Hotel (two nights in total). Overall, it was a good experience, but there were some areas for improvement. The hotel environment was excellent, the rooms were well-equipped and clean, and the breakfast was average, nothing particularly noteworthy. The only disappointment was that the Ctrip booking mentioned welcome fruit, but it wasn't provided by the second day. Although I didn't care about these things (I brought my own fruit), it felt like a matter of credibility and service. So, I spoke to the front desk the next day, and they promised to bring it immediately. Unfortunately, it still hadn't been delivered by the time we checked out on the third day. I hope the hotel will improve its service awareness and not let such a small matter affect its reputation.

The service attitude of the ladies at the front desk is very good. Hygiene needs to be improved. Has the shower in the bathroom not been wiped? It's so dirty that I don't even dare to take a shower. The environment is quite good and everything is good, but the hygiene is not very good. Just because there are few e-sports hotels in Sanshipu, hygiene should not be messed up like this. . . . . .

1. I was fine at noon today. I was a little tired at noon. So I found a homestay on Trip.com to take a break. I saw that the Internet was very good. I felt curious and booked an hour. 2. When you arrive at Huiyin Building, it is like a small farmyard. You walk into the hall and feel incredible instantly. The front desk lady smiles to greet you. There is a tea bar, Hanfu, etc. in the hall. 3. Entering the room, warm, clean and tidy, facing the lake, calming the five flavors of life, sleeping in the beautiful, and it is another spirited afternoon! 4. This different homestay makes people feel extremely calm, it is recommended, come back next time!
