The hotel facilities are excellent, and every stay is a great experience. I was given a room on a high floor, which was very quiet. The lovely manager at the front desk was so thoughtful and wonderful during check-in, even gifting me a box of delicious fresh-meat mooncakes. The floor attendants were also very welcoming.

Both the front desk and cleaning staff, as well as all the other employees, were very meticulous. The robot delivery for anything I needed was super fast too! All the hotel staff were extremely polite, always greeting me and asking if I needed any help. They were all so courteous and respectful, truly a friendly and high-quality team! Everyone at this hotel was just wonderful! I really have to give a huge shout-out to the cleaning ladies and the front desk staff!
