"My recent stay at the Sheraton Ninghai exceeded all my expectations! Daisy handled my check-in with exceptional professionalism and warmth, making the process incredibly smooth and quick. She also thoughtfully provided all the necessary details about my stay. Yumiko was incredibly friendly and polite, always ready to help with any questions or issues I had during my visit. Jiah was meticulously attentive and thorough, providing such thoughtful service that made me feel truly cared for. Brisa made the check-out process simple and efficient; there was no waiting in line, and she was very patient and gentle. The entire hotel staff provided excellent service. The hotel itself was clean and quiet, and the overall service was impeccable. The breakfast was fantastic too! My lake-view room directly overlooked Tianming Lake, and the hotel has direct access to Tianming Lake Park from both sides, making it a perfect spot for walks or jogs to soak in the natural beauty. Overall, my experience was superb. I've already saved this hotel and will definitely choose it again for my next visit!"

"Excellent choice in many ways from the location to the views to the swimming pool and breakfast… The only small hitches were the smokers (possibly encouraged by the ashtrays in the rooms and by the lifts) and the pool’s limited opening hours (a nuisance made even worse by the pool being at some point completely taken over by 20 children having a swimming lesson with three instructors and a million toys which made it impossible for any guest to even squeeze in)😯"

The balcony is your private viewing platform; enjoying fruit and sun while gazing at the mountain view is so delightful you won't want to leave. The infinity pool offers stunning photo opportunities, perfect for travel shots. 🛁 Excellent Facilities The private hot spring in the room is incredibly comfortable. Soaking in the spring while admiring the mountain view washes away all fatigue. The JBL speaker delivers great sound, enhancing the atmosphere. Breakfast is rich and delicious, with both local flavors and Western options available. Eating breakfast while overlooking the valley is incredibly therapeutic. The hotel shuttle is always on call, and service at every point is super thoughtful, ensuring a worry-free experience. 💖 Divine Manager Irene (Special praise!) "We arrived at the hotel in the afternoon and the front desk upgraded our room type😄. We can see Tianming Lake from the room. The lighting in the room is very good☀️Clean and transparent! The hotel's breakfast has many varieties, including fruits, pastries, side dishes, and drinks. I especially like their tofu curd and beef noodles🍜, and the portions are just right. The overall decoration of the hotel is in a modern new Chinese style. There are many scenes where you can take photos and check in, and the atmosphere is full."

"終於打卡了這家心心念唸的山裡度假酒店，體驗感遠超預期。先説環境，真的是一絕。酒店被青山綠水環繞，空氣裏都是草木的清香。我這次住的是庭院房，推開門就是私密的小院子，清晨在院裏喝茶聽鳥鳴，晚上抬頭就是滿天繁星，這種與自然零距離的感覺太治癒了。 温泉中心也是此行亮點。泡池藏在山谷間，水温和水質都特別好，泡完睡眠質量直網上升。 酒店的活動安排也超用心！白天有泡泡派對，小孩都玩瘋了。晚上更精彩——先參加篝火晚會，旁邊還架着燒烤，自己烤串配冰飲，太滿足了。不想鬧騰的話，可以在草坪上看露天電影。 特別要點贊酒店的接駁車服務。因為酒店佔地很大，山路有些坡度，但隨叫隨到的接駁車實在太方便了。無論去餐廳、温泉還是大堂，一個電話幾分鐘就到，司機師傅還會沿路介紹風景，體驗非常絲滑。 工作人員jessen從入住到離店，他的服務真的讓人印象深刻。Check-in時主動幫我們升級了更好的房間，服務也很熱情很周到。"

"Excellent location right in the heart of the county, making it super convenient to get around. It's right next to Xizi International Shopping Center. The facilities were newer than I expected, seems like it's been recently renovated. They even offered welcome fruit after check-in, which was a thoughtful touch. I just asked the front desk, and housekeeping brought up some disposable slippers. The breakfast was good, and they had coffee too, which is a big plus for coffee lovers like me. Highly recommend!"

"The hotel is located at the foot of Lianghuang Mountain, a five-minute walk from the entrance to the Lianghuang Mountain Scenic Area. Dining reservations are required one day in advance, and the menu features local farmhouse stir-fries. The front desk staff was very helpful, helping us request a room upgrade with our supervisor. They explained the hotel's location, noting that Lianghuang Mountain marked the beginning of Xu Xiake's travels. The hotel, reminiscent of Hui-style architecture, features every plant and tree meticulously cultivated by the owner. There's even a small vegetable garden behind the campsite. The hotel's setting evokes Tao Yuanming's ”Peach Blossom Spring.” Far from the hustle and bustle of the city, the tranquility is so tranquil that you can listen to the summer chirping of insects and birds. It's a truly magical holiday destination."
