"Hands down, the worst Sheraton ever! The bedside lamp controls in the room were broken, so I had to trek all the way to the master switch by the door to turn off the lights. There was always only one person at the front desk, constantly busy with their computer, and when I asked for anything, the answer was always 'no,' without even bothering to look up. But the worst part was breakfast. Most hotels serve until 10 AM, but this one stops at 9:30 AM. Plus, there was hardly anything to eat—just sausages and bacon.
