"An exceptional Sheraton hotel with great value for money during non-holidays! The entire architecture is grand, imposing, and highly recognizable! At night, it stands out as the brightest beacon among all the hotels in this area. Location & Transportation: Situated right next to the World Sailing Championship Base. You can walk from the back of the hotel straight to Gate 1 of Wanpingkou. There is also a seaside promenade nearby, which makes for a very pleasant and relaxing stroll. Room & Facilities: The room facilities are top-notch, maintaining a solid 5-star standard. It features a large bathtub. Service: Whenever we called the front desk to request items, they were delivered promptly. The water bar on the hotel's L level has an outdoor seating area. Even without leaving the hotel, sitting here is very relaxing. The coffee and other items available through hotel group-buying deals also offer great value for money. Areas for Improvement: When checking in with children, it would be even better if the hotel could proactively provide children's toiletries and slippers."

"Five stars, highly recommended! This stay far exceeded my expectations; everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel lobby is grand and elegant. Upon entering, staff immediately offered to help with my luggage. Check-in at the front desk was very quick, and the staff were gentle and patient, even offering thoughtful recommendations for local attractions. The room was spotlessly clean, with no stains in corners or the bathroom. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were very practical. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the mattress had just the right firmness, and the soundproofing and blackout curtains were excellent – I slept straight through till morning. The facilities were well-maintained, and the toiletries were high quality. Room service was very responsive whenever I needed anything. The location is superb, making it easy to get around for dining and shopping. Throughout my stay, the service was attentive yet discreet, never overbearing. Every detail showed thoughtfulness, truly making me feel at home. This is my top choice for accommodation when traveling; I’ll definitely stay here again!"

"Facilities: The hotel has a great atmosphere and the kids absolutely loved it. Environment: The second floor has direct access to the ocean, which is super convenient and very child-friendly. The little ones adored it and it was perfect for burning off energy! Plus, the water park's 30-degree water temperature was fantastic; it wasn't cold inside at all, so visiting in winter would be no problem. They also have parent-child changing rooms, which is very thoughtful. Service: My room attendant, Pudding, was a very warm and gentle girl. She was so attentive to the children's moods, patiently answered all our questions, and even gave the kids a souvenir when we left. It was truly a superb experience. We'll definitely be back in winter!"

"This stay was absolutely fantastic! The environment is truly stunning. Morning runs by the lake and evening strolls were incredibly pleasant. Xiaorui at the front desk handled our check-in and thoughtfully provided kids' toiletries, which was a lovely touch. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding clean and soft, and opening the window revealed lush greenery, making for a truly relaxing stay. Breakfast was also incredibly delicious; the freshly prepared seafood noodles were incredibly fresh, and my child ate every last bite. Xiaorui was responsive to all our requests throughout our stay and consistently friendly. With such service and environment, it's definitely worth every penny. We'll be back!"

"Hotel location is OK, on the edge of Rizhao Station, parking is also very convenient, the tram also has a place to charge But the hotel does not know what people designed it. It is really speechless. The pool is very low and very flat. The mouthwash and handwash water are splashed everywhere. The key is that the faucet is very short. I want to catch the water and boil the water. The kettle can't be put in. I really don't know what it is. Smart design There may be some minor problems newly opened, the plug is broken, the air conditioner is not very cool, I am really embarrassed to change the two rooms. There is no way for the hotel to cast the screen. If you want to watch TV, you must buy the Tencent Video Hotel version. Even if you have a svip, you can’t use it. It’s really inconvenient. The new hotel can’t cast the screen. I really don’t understand. Overall, this hotel is not like the level that Accor Hotel should have. The breakfast is also a mess. Even if there are few types, I want to drink some porridge. The white porridge is like brushing pot water. Trip.com The standard four diamonds and five diamonds really don't deserve this score. The sheets in the room we stayed in were opened and there was hair. I really have to vomit blood for 400 yuan a night. I really can't change a hotel after staying for two days. Not recommended. Not the level that this price should have"

"The hotel service was excellent! Sandie and Alice from the staff were incredibly warm and patient, truly living up to the Marriott brand's reputation. The overall cleanliness was top-notch, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel lobby bar has an elegant ambiance, perfect for a relaxing tea or a quick break. While the breakfast was good, I wish there were more varieties. Despite that, I was very satisfied overall and highly recommend it! I dined at the restaurant twice, and the manager was very welcoming. The Shandong cuisine offered was quite unique and the prices were acceptable. All the hotel facilities are new, providing a fantastic experience. I highly recommend staying here for your travels."

"This weekend, I took my baby to this family-friendly hotel, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! As soon as we arrived at the hotel entrance, a butler warmly greeted us and offered fresh welcome fruit – it was incredibly heartwarming. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, and the drinks were all free-flowing, making traveling with a child so convenient! In the afternoon, we took our baby to soak in the hot springs in the courtyard. The water temperature was just right, and we felt so warm and comfortable afterwards that we didn't want to leave. The hotel's food also deserves high praise! The chef's skills were superb, and the breakfast was a delightful surprise – we even had Rizhao's specialty sea sand noodles, which were authentic and delicious. If you don't want to eat at the hotel, there are plenty of dining options nearby, making it easy to find food. You can even order hotel food to be delivered to your room. Most importantly, the service was impeccable. From the butler to every staff member, everyone was incredibly attentive and considerate. Knowing we were traveling with a baby, they had already installed the bed rails in advance – such thoughtful details made everything worry-free. This place is perfect for bringing kids! There's a children's playground and crafts for kids, and we even had the kids sing karaoke for a while – it was fantastic! The butler even brought us bedtime sweet soup in the evening! It was truly a perfect experience. I plan to stay here every month from now on. I highly recommend it to families with children!"

"The hotel is conveniently located right next to Wanjiahui, making dining out super easy. There's an underground parking lot with plenty of spaces. The staff were really welcoming and even upgraded my room for free. The room decor was stylish, with a separate shower and toilet, and everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast was extensive and delicious, and the dining area was beautifully designed. The books in the lounge area were captivating, and it's a great spot for photos."

"Travel with family and choose Rizhao Seaview Holiday Hotel. Arrived at the hotel almost 7 pm. As soon as the car drove outside the lobby, the hotel reception staff came out to warmly receive, take the luggage and help deliver the luggage to the room. The hotel lobby is spacious and generous, the rooms are well-equipped, the sanitary products are complete, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the rest environment is quiet. In addition, there is a gym and laundry room, which is an ideal place to stay for business and tourism. The hotel is very convenient to travel, and there are many specialty food restaurants around. Not far from Wanpingkou Scenic Area. Although I couldn't go to the beach because of the heavy rain in Rizhao, when I left the hotel, the lobby staff sent us to the car with an umbrella and sent us fruit and drinking water. The courtesy was light and affectionate, so that we could feel your true feelings. Thank you!"
