"🌟 **Stunning High-Altitude Views, Osaka's Nightscape at Your Fingertips** The biggest selling point of this hotel is undoubtedly its high-rise location! All guest rooms are situated on the 16th floor and above. We were on a high floor, and through the room's enormous windows, the entire cityscape of Osaka unfolded beneath us. At night, the traffic lights on Midosuji Avenue looked like a golden river, and the distant Umeda Sky Building and Namba's high-rises glittered with lights. This feeling of being surrounded by the entire city was truly dreamy; I couldn't stop taking photos. 🚇 **Excellent and Convenient Location** The hotel is located on Osaka's main thoroughfare, Midosuji Avenue. While in a bustling area, it offers a peaceful retreat. Transportation is incredibly convenient; it's just a 3-5 minute walk from Yodoyabashi Station (Exit 13). Whether you're heading to Shin-Osaka for the Shinkansen or going shopping in Umeda or Shinsaibashi, it's only one subway stop away, or even walkable. * **Shopper's Paradise:** Walk or take one subway stop to Shinsaibashi-suji Shopping Street and Umeda Hankyu Department Store. * **Daily Conveniences:** Downstairs, there's a convenience store (7-Eleven), a drug store, and many local ramen shops and izakayas, so late-night dining is never a problem. 🛏️ **High-Quality Accommodation Facilities** The hotel's interior design is a modern, minimalist business style, very chic. The lobby is on the 15th floor, serving as both a reception area and a sky lounge with expansive views. * **Room Amenities:** For its class in Japan, this hotel offers surprisingly spacious rooms. There's plenty of space to open up suitcases. The attention to detail is excellent; in addition to standard toiletries, they even thoughtfully provide a hair straightener/curler, which is a lifesaver for women! The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the shower pressure is strong enough to wash away a day's fatigue. * **Executive Lounge:** If your budget allows, I highly recommend booking an executive floor room. The private lounge on the top floor offers unparalleled views. The afternoon tea desserts and happy hour cocktails are of high quality. Watching the sunset here while waiting for the night view creates an incredibly atmospheric experience."

"This is a fantastic hotel located near Osaka Station, offering convenient transportation and a bustling commercial area. It's easy to get to Shin-Osaka Station and Kansai Airport from here. You can even take the airport bus directly to the hotel's doorstep. However, the signage for the airport bus stop on the hotel side isn't very clear; you'll need to enter KITTE OSAKA and then go through the glass door on the left. The hotel lobby is on the 29th floor, along with the breakfast area. Check-in was very quick. We had a corner room with a great view and plenty of natural light. The room was well-equipped, and the minibar was complimentary for the first use. Breakfast offers à la carte service, but there are only two options. The variety of breakfast choices is decent, featuring typical Western and Japanese selections commonly found in Japanese hotels."

"This was my second stay at the hotel, and it was just as clean and tidy as before. The room was very spacious, and the bedding, comforter, and pillows were all super comfortable. There's free coffee in the lobby, and a Lawson convenience store, McDonald's, and ramen shop nearby. The bus stop is about a 10-minute walk away, with direct service to Kansai Airport. All in all, this hotel is our top choice for accommodation in Osaka! 👍👍👍"

"Amazing location to explore around Osaka and Kyoto. It’s in beautifully located in the midst of a river. Walking distance to 2 metro lines, with Hidobashi being one stop away from Umeya Osaka area. Hotel provides a shuttle bus service there, and hotel is walking distance to many nearby good food places. With a late supermarket which closes at 12 nearby, it is convenient place to stay with river view. There are many family mart shops to buy Famichiki as well! 😋"

"All staff understand and speak simple English which makes communication smooth ⚠️Only one staff we met at the main entrance of hotel she was rude ( I think she was handling the free shuttle bus and when we ask where the bus going she refused to answer and chase us away 🤷🏻♀️) Oh and the Room Cleaner can understand English too and is very polite and friendly 👍 Room is really big and clean However we couldn’t find any convenient store nearby Location is far away from city center but near airport"

"Last June, I stayed in a corner room, and this time, the Premier Deluxe room. It's just as good, if not better, than the corner room, and the value for money is outstanding. The hotel is very new, and the room size is also perfectly fine. The Swissôtel Nankai next door might be more convenient, but it's older. This hotel, overall, is definitely the number one choice in Namba for dining, shopping, and incredibly convenient access to the airport."

"Carpark closed after 11pm, you will need to park nearby with very high charges. Better to take note the carpark timing, some area will require you to move your car at 2am/7am or they will count by every 30mins/60mins. Carpark charges: 2,500yen per day for hotel guest. If you drive, traffic is bad at evening, right in front hotel. Front desk service: Not good. Staff being not so polite after 11pm, like there is curfew for my late check in. Probably the staff also rushing to change shift. Lobby at 17th floor, not my choice if talk about convenient but is clean and comfort. Room: Very clean and neat, spacious. Booked for Run of House, they combined two twin beds and is comfortable. I love how they have a partition sliding door between bedroom and washroom, you can have a good night sleep at night. Room Service: Simple & Clean for daily cleanup. Quick and responsive for additional replenish request. Japanese style Onsen: Indoor & Outdoor, small area but great if less crowd. Sauna available inside too. Given female spa access card upon check in for onsen access. Food: Walking distance with many nice foods and restaurants, even clubs but is all well managed. Fast checkout at drop-off box"

"The environment: The view from the hotel room was absolutely stunning! I stayed for three days and two nights, and both the mornings and sunsets were incredibly beautiful. The rest of the time, I was out exploring and eating! Hygiene: The room was spacious and clean. I booked a triple room, and it was perfectly fine for three people. Location: Excellent location, within a 15-minute walk to Yodobashi Camera, right next to Lucca, and Daimaru department store. There are also many great restaurants along the way. Service: The beautiful ladies and handsome gentlemen at the front desk were all very enthusiastic! Even with my poor Japanese, I had a pleasant conversation with them! Thank you very much, I'd love to visit again! ^_^"

"Room is great. Huge compared to many Japanese hotels. There is a metro station right in front of the hotel but that is for one line only. There are 9 lines in Osaka! Another station is about 5 minutes walk away, at the St Regis hotel. That one will take you to the airport line too. Walking to the main shopping district takes about 15-20 minutes. Not recommended for the way back to hotel if you intend to shop! There are two good restaurants right behind the hotel. One that sells Xiao long bao and the other a cozy Japanese restaurant that is the cheapest in the whole of Osaka! At least from what I know. I ate there 5 times in the one week I stayed at the hotel. Staffs at the hotel are very helpful but unfortunately not very knowledgeable so do your own research if you have any ‘touristy’ questions."

The location is superb, very close to Umeda Station and directly connected to a shopping mall, making transportation and shopping incredibly convenient. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding and expansive views of the city skyline. The service was warm and professional; check-in was efficient, and the attention to detail was impressive. The breakfast was rich and delicious, offering both Japanese and Western options. The facilities are comprehensive, the environment is quiet, and it offers great value for money. It's perfect for both business trips and vacations. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Osaka!"
