Extremely impressed with my stay! 😍 From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with a warm smile by the bellboy. The check-in process was quick and efficient. The room was clean and well-equipped with all the amenities. The rooftop atmosphere had the best vibes. Overall, it was definitely worth the money. I'll definitely be back to stay again! 😘

The hotel's interior and rooftop environment are good, but the external surroundings are not so great. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for light sleepers. There's a small night market downstairs with singing that goes on until 2-3 AM. Plus, the curtains don't block out light well; there's a gap that can't be closed properly, which affects sleep. It's also very noisy and has a strong smoke smell!

The accommodation was comfortable and spacious enough for both kids and adults to enjoy. Ordering takeout food was convenient, with staff available to guide delivery right to the hotel entrance. Our whole family had a wonderful time; it was truly comfortable and relaxing.

Five-star recommendation! We booked the two-bedroom, one-living room, two-bathroom supreme sea-view suite. The space was incredibly large, and having two bathrooms was super convenient for traveling with friends – no fighting over the shower! The floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking ocean views that were absolutely stunning. The room was very clean and well-equipped. The location is convenient, close to dining and shopping. The rooftop pool is also very picturesque. It’s perfect for both family trips and friends traveling together. We were very satisfied with our stay, and we'll definitely choose this hotel again when we come back to Pattaya!

I stay here every single time I am in Pattaya. The deluxe rooms and suites have ultra-comfortable king beds, relaxing bathtubs, and spacious balconies overlooking the pool. Daily housekeeping is top-notch. Plus, the location is unbeatable, and low-season rates are excellen t. curtains block out the light perfectly. While the rooms have a stove, no pots or frying pans are provided, so you will need to bring your own if you plan to cook. There is also no washer or laundry service on-site and smart TV. Breakfast runs until 10:00 AM, which feels a bit early and there are rarely any fish. 🐜Tiny ants are present in all rooms ✔️Do not leave any trash, dirty dishes, or food on the table, especially overnight. While there are no cockroaches in the units, I guarantee they will show up if you leave any waste out. although the unit had a king bed and a single bed for three people, it only had one bedside table. We had to move the room's only chair between the beds just to have a place to put things.

The rooms aren't luxurious but they are renovated. I'd read online that the air conditioning was notoriously loud, so I mentally prepared myself and brought earplugs. Turns out it wasn't as loud as I'd imagined. The bedding was comfortable, the curtains blocked out all light, and I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway or the next room. We pushed the two queen-sized beds together to make a super king-sized bed, so we slept really well. The water play was incredible! There were multiple interconnected pools, including big and small slides, some of which were quite thrilling. There was a diving pool, a lazy river, a pool for basketball, a swim-up bar, a splash area for toddlers, and you could even go into the sea to play in the waves. It catered to everyone's needs. Oh, and the gym was huge, well-equipped, and not crowded at all! The kids' club is great for toddlers. My 6-year-old son also enjoyed playing with the younger kids there. You can drop them off for an hour at a time, and it's free! Lost World is also a fantastic place for kids. The half-day ticket gives you four hours from when you first enter, and we managed two rounds on the zip line. It was a bit of a shame that the trampoline area was under maintenance. There's an indoor arcade and a movie area with free popcorn and slushies, which is a lifesaver for parents. The breakfast was pretty good, with a rich variety of options that changed slightly every day, catering to different tastes. Plus, you could eat until 11 AM. This is a highly recommended place for a family vacation.

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good. The hotel's surroundings are very convenient, with 7-Eleven stores on both sides when you step out. You can also take a songthaew towards the beach, and there are plenty of food options and massage places. Walking along the beach is also very relaxing. If you're looking to unwind, this is a great choice.

I frequently stay here and always choose the corner room, which I love the most because the toilet and shower are separate. My only complaint is that the bathtub is right next to the toilet. The food is quite ordinary. The pool is spacious and nice. If I come back, I'll definitely book a corner room again.

This time, I went on a relaxed 8-day, 7-night trip to Pattaya by myself, and overall, the hotel was quite good. My flight was at 2:40 AM on the 22nd. After landing at Suvarnabhumi Airport, I took the airport bus directly to the hotel, so I arrived around 12 PM. I asked the front desk if I could check in early. The front desk processed my request, but since there were no rooms available, I had to wait until 2 PM to check in. I went out to find lunch and returned at 1:30 PM, and the front desk staff informed me that my room was ready, so I checked in immediately. I was surprised when I received the room key – it was an actual key plus a long wooden stick. I later learned that the wooden stick was for activating the electricity. Well, the power card I specifically prepared wouldn't be needed. After entering the room, I was quite satisfied. The room was a good size, and I could directly see the pool on the first floor from my room, which was a plus. However, I immediately noticed that the hangers were fixed inside the wardrobe and couldn't be removed, and there was no balcony in the room; outside the window was an air conditioning unit. Also, the king-size bed I booked was actually two twin beds pushed together, but the mattress was a single piece, so it didn't really make a difference. Moreover, the pillows were the firm type that I prefer, so my sleep quality was actually quite good for these 7 days, although the room facilities were somewhat outdated. There are many massage shops around the hotel, and there's a 7-Eleven right opposite. Plus, there's a small night market next to the hotel, and Central Pattaya is directly across the street. The location is excellent. Since I didn't book breakfast and didn't eat anything at the hotel, I won't comment on the food. Regarding the service, it was quite a pleasant surprise. Every time I left and returned, the front desk ladies would smile and nod in greeting, and sometimes the bellboy would help open the door. One day, I even found welcome fruits on the table in my room. The front desk staff's English was good enough for simple communication. Then I noticed an interesting detail: the front desk would turn on the air conditioning every morning, but as soon as the sun set, the AC would be turned off, and the lobby doors would be left open. When I checked out, I had a brief chat with the front desk lady, and I plan to bring my family for our seventh vacation to Pattaya in about six months. So, this experience was really good. Firstly, the hotel offers great value for money, and secondly, the consistently smiling service from the hotel staff always kept me in a pleasant mood. The room was well-maintained and clean upon arrival. The facility is showing some signs of age. Construction is currently underway on the 6th floor, which may result in some daytime noise.
