"I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and overall I had a wonderful experience. From the moment I checked in, the staff made a great first impression by allowing me to check in early because my room was already available. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Although it overlooked the nearby village rather than the main view, I didn’t mind at all since I rarely opened the curtains anyway. Unfortunately, one experience at the pool bar on our last night nearly ruined an otherwise enjoyable stay. We had bought KFC for dinner and simply wanted some ice. A hotel staff member suggested that we ask the pool bar for it. When we arrived, I noticed there was an air-conditioned restaurant area, so I politely asked for a cup of ice and whether we could enjoy our takeaway there. The lady working at the bar told me that it would be fine as long as we ordered at least one drink. That seemed perfectly reasonable, so I ordered a Mai Tai. However, I immediately noticed that she seemed annoyed. My boyfriend also commented that she came across as quite rude. While we were waiting for my drink, the lady spoke to her colleague loudly enough for me to hear. She asked, “Where are these people going to sit? If they’re sitting in the A/C room, I’m afraid it’s going to smell bad.” Her colleague looked visibly uncomfortable, as though he didn’t know how to respond. At that point, the atmosphere had become so awkward that my boyfriend suggested we simply return to our room to eat instead. What disappointed me most was not the policy itself. If takeaway food wasn’t allowed in the restaurant, that would have been completely understandable. What wasn’t acceptable was being told we could stay if we purchased a drink, only to be made to feel unwelcome after I had already ordered one. It felt misleading and unnecessarily embarrassing. I also don’t understand the concern about food smells, considering the air-conditioned area is a restaurant where people eat throughout the day. I would also like to mention that the gentleman serving us was polite, friendly, and professional. He seemed uncomfortable throughout the interaction and appeared to be seeking approval from the lady before responding to my questions. If she is the pool bar manager, I believe her attitude, communication, and customer service fall well below the standard expected in a hospitality role. In the end, we spent 280 THB on a Mai Tai, received a cup of ice, and left with an unpleasant experience that overshadowed an otherwise excellent stay. Despite this incident, I would still recommend the hotel because the rest of the staff and facilities were excellent. However, I would advise future guests to avoid the pool bar until the customer service there improves."

"We chose a family room, and the kids had bunk beds, but it turned out to be an older renovation. The key card stopped working immediately; check-in was already late, around 10 PM. In the morning, we asked for a change, and thankfully, the staff handled it quickly. We moved to a room with one large bed, and they added an extra bed for us, which was much more comfortable! This room had been recently renovated! The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the sea! The beach club is super. You step out of the hotel, and there are shops, massage parlors, and a 7-Eleven nearby!"

"Out of the three hotels I stayed at in Phuket, this one was by far the best. The breakfast at a five-star hotel always satisfies with its rich variety, and there were plenty of staff members. I'd read reviews for the previous two hotels that also mentioned good breakfast, but they were honestly hard to judge. The hotel has a large infinity pool that closes at 7 PM, which is great. The beach is right across the road, with hotel staff and sun loungers available. A hidden gem is to go to the beach in the morning for some scenic photos, and then after the tide recedes in the afternoon, you can go 'sea foraging' – there are lots of fish, mantis shrimp, crabs, and sea cucumbers. On my last day, I witnessed a stunning sunset from the beach. While the beach directly in front of the hotel isn't quite as good as Karon, the adjacent Kamala Beach is still very nice. The hotel is right by the beach. This area isn't very convenient for getting around without a car. Kamala Beach is only about a kilometer away, and the hotel seems to have a shuttle service. Kamala Beach has everything you need; although it's not as lively as Karon, it definitely meets expectations. The 7-Eleven on the beach is quite large and well-stocked. There's a Big C supermarket on the main road (about 150m from Kamala Beach); I didn't visit, but it looked like a big store."

"”I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. Everything was clean, neat, and highly organized, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The staff members were polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Additionally, the hotel food was absolutely delicious. Every meal was freshly prepared, full of amazing flavor, and offered great variety. The dining experience truly exceeded my expectations. "A wonderful hotel: right across from the sea, cafes, and massage parlors. The room has everything you need: toothpaste, toothbrush, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, comb, bathrobes, and slippers. There are even beach flip-flops, umbrellas, and a beach bag. The room also has a kettle, tea, and coffee. The hotel has almost no grounds; it's all taken up by pools, but that's not an issue since the most important thing is the sea anyway. There's also a gym. Breakfasts are superb: lots of fruits, meats, and standard breakfast fare. One caveat: there's currently noisy construction on the north side of the hotel, and inside, one pool is cordoned off, with the area in front of it undergoing renovation. However, if your windows face the courtyard or a neighboring hotel, you won't hear the construction."

"If youre looking for a sleek, ultra modern 5 star resort, this may not be for you. But if you want authentic Thai hospitality, traditional Thai-inspired architecture, lush tropical surroundings, and a peaceful beachfront escape, this resort is absolutely worth it. I stayed here as a solo traveler and had one of the most relaxing stays Ive experienced. Its also perfect for couples, honeymooners, and families. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view hillside cottage even though I booked one of the more affordable room categories. The private beach was the main reason I chose this resort and it was exactly what I was looking for, quiet, uncrowded, and perfect for relaxing. I also loved the petting zoo, the beautiful pool, and the delicious food. Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming and genuinely helpful. Special thanks to Ms. Chuty and Ms. Kat at the front desk for making our stay even more memorable. They assisted us during checkout, kindly reminded us about a few belongings we had accidentally left in the room without ever making us feel rushed, and even allowed us to extend our stay until 12:30 PM, which we truly appreciated. Since our flight was later in the afternoon, they also arranged lounge access so we could comfortably wait in an airconditioned area until it was time to leave. Their kindness and thoughtfulness really reflected the genuine hospitality of the resort. I also appreciated the complimentary refreshments in the lobby, the beach bag provided for guests, the convenient buggy service, and the fact that ordering GrabFood was easy. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the TVs to Smart TVs. Other than that, everything exceeded my expectations. This resort may not be the newest, but it’s clean, wellmaintained, peaceful, and full of character. If you appreciate nature, privacy, and heartfelt service over ultra modern luxury, you’ll absolutely love staying here. "We were upgraded to an executive suite, and the room was larger than expected, with a living room and a separate bedroom. We stayed in Building 6, which was close to the elevator but surprisingly quiet. Both balconies faced the pool. The first pool has a 0.9m kids' pool and a 2.5m deep-water pool. The second pool is 1.4m deep and has a bar. The third is a kids' slide pool. There's a small 7-Eleven directly across from the front entrance. If you go out the back entrance and turn left, there's a larger 7-Eleven about a 5-minute walk away. The beach is also right outside the back entrance. The hotel's overall service is excellent. Someone cleans daily, whether it's the pools, rooms, or trimming the shrubs. The staff always greet you proactively. Remember to go to breakfast early; after 9 AM, you might have to queue. Breakfast is available indoors (air-conditioned and cool) or outdoors by the pool, where you might occasionally see a cat wander by. Most importantly, one of the front desk staff speaks Chinese, which made communication very easy. I regret not asking for her name; I just remember she was slim, had a slicked-back hairstyle, and was beautiful. While there are other bars or noisy areas around the hotel, this is limited to the outdoors. Once you're back in your room with the doors and windows closed, it doesn't affect your sleep at all. Of course, our window faced the pool side, so I'm not sure what it's like for rooms facing the street. There are three designated smoking areas within the hotel: the first is outside the main entrance to the right, the second is behind the bar at the second pool, and the third is to the left of the first and second pools, behind the small hut where you get towels."

"Location : you can go either patong or kamala which is nearest. It’s quite distant for me. But I rent a bike from hotel to make it easier for me n my partner to go anywhere. Service : service was one of the tiptop! Everywhere you go, the staff was so polite and greet you. Room : couldn’t say much as the room was so perfect for me n my partner. Choose the one straight to the pool from our room. As we can just jump into and swim and chill. I did enjoy my stay here. Breakfast was good. All I can say is that the staff there were so friendly, professional, helpful. And willingly to help whatever you need. I enjoy staying here. Most probably will stay again next year !"

We will come back later🥰 For the environment: definitely 5-star living standards, featuring beautiful pools and marvelously designed gardenlike outside while inside the room, so modern and thoughtfully designed, cute balcony & cozy mattress for the food: for breakfast , a variety of dishes delicately cooked which satisfy the appetite of travelers from almost every cultural background～we did order a few dishes, every dish was far beyond what we expected～～ We are so thankful for the great experience here, I would say this is a great hotel that U CANNOT MISS!!!🥰🥰🥰😘😘😘🙆♀️🙆♀️🍀🌸🌸🌈🌈z"
