Stirling City Centre

Terrible!!!! i was unable to reach the hotel because of extraordinary circonstances and the hotel refused to refund me the cost of it. Even I applied for the cancellation earlier. That is an hotel to avoid!!!!

Receptionist disorganised and reception are looked scruffy room was pretty grubby, dust and dirt Family room was booked but sofa bed was not made up Sent a review to hotel itself over a week ago, apparently they can take 30 days to reply Photos below show the dust and dirt

The room was very tired and in need of modernisation. TV signal in the room was poor. Both the room and bathroom were clean but the bathroom had lots of mould and the extractor fan was full of dust. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Good location for the town centre but probably wouldn’t stay here again and not up to the standard of other Premier Inns

We recently, in April, stayed at Premier Inn Stirling City Center for three nights. We chose it based on location, ratings and the fact that some tour groups use Premier Inn for their bookings. It was definitely a mistake to book this particular Premier Inn. First, the young man at the desk was very friendly and helpful at check-in. But it was obvious that he had too much to do. Apparently the hotel does not hire enough staff, there was only ever one person working at a time. The first room we were given was very grimy and dingy, there was dust and dirt build up under cushions and in corners and rug edges were fraying. The rugs in all hallways were stained and grimy looking. The desk clerk moved us to another room, in the "newer" wing. This room was marginally better. There was still old built-up dust in many places. There weren't enough towels for us, and it took quite a while to get some. The bed was comfortable, that is the best I can say about the room. When we returned to our room that night after dinner in the city of Stirling, we saw water dripping from a hall ceiling light two rooms away from ours. We alerted the fellow at the desk who immediately checked it. By morning, there were four different buckets in the hall, with water actively dripping from several lights. The hall was a mess. And other than one overworked desk clerk, there was no sign of any maintenance or repair person. These were the last three nights of our 17 day trip, and they were in the worst hotel. Shame on you, Premier Inn, for running such a shabby, miserable place. We will never stay in a Premier Inn again.

Perfect location and cannot fault the staff and food. But unfortunately I had an issue with the shower leaking and reported it promt ! To my shock after returning very late that night, nobody looked into the problem and was left with dirty towels I used in the morning to soak up the floor.

Strong smell of dampness as soon as opening the door. Visible dampness in the bathroom. Really shouldn’t be rented out. Should be dealt with asap.

Room was nice an clean . Aircon broke during the night an kept us awake all night . The staff were helpful an friendly

The guy on reception was very rude and was raising his voice, don’t expect to be treated like that, wouldn’t stay again

We were traveling further north and needed an overnight break. I am the only driver and needed a rest to help me carry on and look after my husband who is blind.
