Από τη στιγμή που έφτασα, ο οικοδεσπότης πήγε πάνω και πέρα για να με κάνει να νιώθω ευπρόσδεκτος. Η ζεστασιά και η προσοχή της Χάνας στην λεπτομέρεια έδειξαν την εμπειρία προσωπική και ειδική. " καθαρότητα της περιουσίας ήταν απλά αδιαμφισβήτητη, κάθε γωνιά του σπιτιού λάμπει. Παρά την ηλικία και την ιστορία του κτιρίου, διατηρήθηκε τόσο όμορφη ώστε ποτέ δεν ένιωθες ότι «επιστρέφεις στο χρόνο». Αντιθέτως, έφερε όλη τη γοητεία ενός ιστορικού κτιρίου με την άνεση της σύγχρονης φροντίδας. Τα έπιπλα ήταν υψηλής ποιότητας, το κρεβάτι ήταν απίστευτα άνετο, και απολάμβανα τον καλύτερο ύπνο των ταξιδιών μου. Το πρωί, το πρωινό με τα νωπά αυγά των κοτόπουλων τους, το καπνιστό σολομό και τα φρέσκα φρούτα ήταν απόλυτη ευχαρίστηση και φτιάχτηκε με αληθινή φροντίδα. Ειλικρινά, δεν μπορούσα να κάνω λάθος για αυτό το B&B. Όλα ήταν εξαιρετικά: ο οικοδεσπότης, το σπίτι, το φαγητό και η ατμόσφαιρα. Ήταν τέλεια σε κάθε έννοια και όρισε ένα νέο πρότυπο για το τι θα έπρεπε να είναι το κρεβάτι και το πρωινό. Αν μπορούσα να δώσω αυτή την εμπειρία πάνω από 5 αστέρια, θα το έκανα."

Sitting at the boathouse bird watching against the backdrop of the mirror like reflection of the loch was breathtaking. It’s obvious that hosts Alison and Yas’s priority is to deliver quality on another level. They have created a luxury home feel for all guests. For me, it was an improved home experience based on the quality of their service, food, beds, pillows and linen. My room was spotlessly clean and it was the best sleep I’ve had for a long, long time. I’m a bit of a bathroom snob and this bathroom did not disappoint. The well maintained grounds are simply stunning and the dining room has spectacular views across Loch Ard. The garden swing chairs are a must whilst watching the sunset. Thank you again for accommodating my earlier than expected check in. 5 stars for Alison, Yas and the team at Alskeith Country House."

"Τρομερό μέρος. Μυρίζει ψητό φαγητό και ισχυρό μίλι. Είδαμε βρώμικα ποτήρια, ένα αηδιαστικό ντους, κουρασμένα έπιπλα. Το "Πρωινό" παραδίδεται σε πλαστική σακούλα. Περάσαμε 5 λεπτά και φύγαμε. Θα ήθελα να κοιμηθώ σε μια σκηνή πάνω από το 100% του χρόνου."
