However, the service doesn't live up to the price (it's among the most expensive in Sucre). There were no thoughtful touches in the room; a bottle of water would have been the bare minimum. There were no glasses in the bathroom, so you have to rinse your teeth at the tap (this is a 4-star hotel...!!). Breakfast was mediocre; the employee in charge of breakfast completely ignored us. She didn't offer eggs; you had to ask for them, to the point that I didn't get any for two days because I thought they were out. In conclusion, apart from the very friendly receptionists, there is absolutely no attention to the customer. As a hospitality professional, it disappoints me to see such a beautiful hotel so poorly managed. This hotel relies solely on its architecture. What a shame."
