Clean, comfortable stay. Nothing was too much hassle. The owner can be a bit direct but still curteous in his own way. He's actually quite caring but he's obviously been doing this for a long time. No complaints. If you're after something affordable for you check these guys out!

My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon and we absolutely loved the place. It is in new Sukhothai so keep that in mind if you want to visit the historical park, but the location in new Sukhothai is great, right near the centre of town on the river. The service is also excellent. On the day we wanted to go to the historical park, we were attempting to book a grab (thai uber) to take us there, but none were available. We went out into the street and there wasn't a taxi or tuktuk in sight. We went inside and asked the owner Mr. Toh, who was at the reception desk at the time, if he could call us a taxi to take us to the park. "Nonsense" he said, "I will take you myself". Yeah! Seriously! The hotel owner drove us in his personal car the 30min drive to old Sukhothai. Not only that though, when we got there, ho drove us to his favourite sights on the outskirts of the park. Sights we probably would not have made it to if were walking around, and they ended up being some of our favourites! Furthermore, we had an early morning departure on our final day, and he woke up early just for us, just so we could check out and he could say goodbye. My Toh, you made our trip to Sukhothai very special, and because of you, it was one of the highlights of the trip, thankyou!

Excelente guest house con inmejorable relación calidad-precio en pleno centro de sukhothai y cerca de buenos sitios para comer. Las habitaciones, limpias y agradables, tiene una decoración muy bonita y los dueños son muy amables y atentos, sin duda repetiría.
