The price of the triple room is obviously half of the double room, that is, we have paid for two plus three people. As soon as we arrived, we participated in the hotel's free fishing activity, but the hotel only provided two fishing rods per room, even though it was dusk and many guests had left and there were many remaining fishing rods. The argument with the staff was fruitless. The five of us had no choice but to take turns using four rods, passing them back and forth, and we couldn't catch a single fish. These staff members just gathered together to chat and did not help throughout the whole process. These service attitudes are really rare in Japan. Originally, this fishing activity was the main reason for choosing this hotel, but it felt like a very disappointing experience. 😔"
