It was also unpleasant to realize that the staff did not provide any compliment on the birthday and celebration of it in this hotel, although it was repeatedly announced that we had come there for that. In the previous and subsequent hotels before and after the birthday, the staff of the hotel gave a compliment, and here even an elementary piece of cake regretted. The biggest disappointment of all those hotels who visited this trip was left of this hotel. The hotel room was also not prepared for check-in, although it was said that it was cleaned and prepared for the settlement.
