"Rating: 3.5 / 5 Pros: Excellent location, spotless cleanliness, and a great overall vibe. Cons: Overpriced for the room size, and water wasn't complimentary. Overall, a lovely stay at Vibe Hotel with a great atmosphere and clean facilities. However, given the high price point, the room felt quite small, and it was disappointing that basic essentials like bottled water weren't included. Good stay No free parking!!"

"Stayed 3 nights , had 2 nights booked and decided to book a day early , unfortunately they could not give us the same twin room , so we settled on the king Riverview room. The staff were great accommodated the situation with no fuss taking our bags for.the short window between transfer of rooms. They really looked after us as we went out however as.mentioned they quickly got the room ready. The rooms are spacious clean have a great outlook and bathrooms are well designed and the decor is wonderful Hard to fault really , the spa, sauna steam room and a good gym. Maybe the pool which is more than sufficient, but hard to do laps if that is your thing Location next to the station , great , stadium a short walk Excellent"

"The service location and food was fantastic. Customer service post stay is appalling. After leaving and paying all residual amounts I receive a bill for 462 Aus Dollars. Now they’re treating to take it from my acc without my permission. This is an appallingly managed hotel. I even waited a week to have my deposits returned which they say was my banks fault. However I received an email saying, after a complaint to IHG, that I had received my deposit that happened a week latter. So despite all the positives I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you stay there please be careful."

"Great view, decent service and location however I was put in the room next to the lifts and was kept awake/woken up for a large portion of the night until late, and early in the mornings on both nights of my stay. Complained at reception however they weren’t much help nor did they offer a discount on my stay. Very disappointed - otherwise great just make sure they don’t put you next to the noisy elevators!"

The bedding was clean and soft, the bathroom had no odors or hidden dirty spots, and the common areas were always tidy. "Great location in the city, close to hindley street nightlife and various bars and restaurants. Staff were polite and friendly. Room had a nice view over the city and part view of the river! Room was clean, bed was so comfy!! Would stay again :)"

"Pros: Amazing location for Glenelg - close to high street and beach Parking right outside room (for one car) Renovated modern room Really big smart TV Comfy bed Mostly clean Looked nice Cons: Can hear people right outside room (quite loud) Some ants kept appearing in bathroom Light bulb was out - didn't really bother us but was reported and not fixed during our stay No kitchenette sink so had to use bathroom sink to wash dishes Provided crockery but no washing materials"
