"The hotel room was quite spacious and well-equipped with all facilities. However, upon check-in, I specifically requested a quiet room, and I had also noted 'quiet and non-smoking' in my booking. After careful selection, the front desk assigned me a connecting room. After settling in, I wanted to change rooms, but the floor attendant assured me it wouldn't be noisy as there were doors on both sides, so I didn't switch. Later that evening, I could clearly hear phone conversations from the connecting room – it was extremely loud. Coincidentally, my room door also developed a minor fault. When the attendant came to fix it, I mentioned the noise issue. They immediately reported it, and the hotel responded very quickly, helping me change rooms. This swift action was highly commendable. Separately, a very important point to note is that there's a ditch behind every parking space. I didn't notice it the first time I parked and nearly took a huge tumble while retrieving my luggage. Thankfully, I reacted quickly and only scraped my hand. It's quite an odd design."

"This stay experience is particularly satisfactory! The hotel is strategically located, there are many business districts around, shopping malls, gourmet shops are nearby, and it is very convenient to travel and eat. The price is very high, the hotel has complete entertainment facilities, and leisure and entertainment are very convenient. Special praise to the front desk staff for their strict service attitude, warm and polite, efficient check-in and check-out, and patiently answer questions. "Service: The front desk service was very human-centered and well-organized. They reasonably extended our check-out time based on our itinerary, which made us feel less rushed. Environment: As always, it felt secure and comfortable. We always choose this hotel whenever we visit Yancheng. Facilities: The pool and gym are quite good, though it's understandable that they get a bit crowded during the summer holidays. It would be great if they could add a spin dryer for wet swimsuits! "High floor with a great view, and the location is convenient. The only downside is the breakfast; it's quite basic with not much choice, so I wouldn't say it's particularly worth it. We ate in the hotel with the kids for convenience, but if it were just me, I'd definitely order takeout. The next day, we visited Yeludang, which was very natural and wild, and I really love Yancheng as a city. Highly recommend!~"

The garden environment is beautiful, with black swans and lawns, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The hotel offers a kids' club and a family pool, so the facilities are excellent. The rooms are spacious, making for a comfortable and safe stay. Breakfast caters to a wide range of tastes, and the staff are patient and friendly. The front desk staff are particularly warm and attentive, especially the duty manager, Seven. The location is right next to tourist attractions, making it very convenient for getting around and exploring. Everyone had a fantastic time, five-star recommendation!"

"It's an interesting location--an artist village--way out in the bucolic and rustic countryside. I enjoyed my time staying in a house with the 2nd floor. The service was very good (including being driven around a forest park, the village, and to another bigger village for party supplies). The location is very close (walking distance) to the crane (bird) wildlife refuge. The restaurant there is also really good with a nice variety of selections. Everyone in the village was quite friendly and helpful."

"The stay at Yancheng Guest House is really great! The hotel is sitting in a large Soviet-style garden, with small bridges and flowing water, black swans leisurely, and the environment is quiet and elegant, like living in a park. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, clean and tidy. The service is intimate and thoughtful, and the state-level standard makes people feel at ease. The breakfast is rich and delicious, and the local specialty fish noodle soup and salt biscuits are especially amazing. Convenient location, quiet in the middle of noisy, business travel or leisure vacation are very suitable, highly recommended!"

"During the May Day holiday, I went to Yancheng for a visit. Considering going to the water street at night, I booked the Water City Hotel. The hotel has a garden-like scenery, is close to the water street, is convenient for travel, and has a heated swimming pool. The front desk guy also gave us breakfast and the service was enthusiastic. The only drawback was that the sound insulation was not very good."

"The environment is great, super close to Holland Flower Sea, within walking distance, and you can see flowers from the window. The family room is also very spacious, and the hotel facilities are top-notch. The gym has a lot of equipment, as well as changing rooms and shower rooms, and you can watch TV while running. The only minor drawback is the Chinese restaurant. During the Qingming Festival holiday, they only recommend the buffet for dinner. On our first night, we arrived at the restaurant at 7 PM and saw a roll-up banner advertising Chinese set meals. We wanted to order, but the young lady at the restaurant reception advised against it, saying it would take a long time and urged us to have the buffet. Since the child also wanted to try it, we did. To our surprise, most of the food was cold, and my elderly family member suffered from an upset stomach. Only the noodle station had hot food. On the second night, I wanted to order room service by calling the restaurant, but again, a staff member told me not to, insisting we have the buffet. By this point, I was quite annoyed. The hotel clearly offers various options, so why do they always make excuses and use long waiting times as a reason? This time, I insisted on ordering a set meal, and it was delivered relatively quickly. The food quality was very good and satisfying. Aside from being somewhat dissatisfied with the service at the Chinese restaurant's front desk, all other staff members were very good and courteous. I hope the Chinese restaurant manager provides better training. I believe our next stay will be a pleasant surprise."

"Swimming pool is really nice. Convenience store is really convenient, especially with the funds that is 60 rmb daily with your hotel room key card. Food in the cafe could be better though. Toilet paper is not enough. Some mold on the ceiling is also not a very pleasant experience. BBQ cafe is quite good"
