The butler team, both the gentlemen and ladies, provided warm, attentive, and super-responsive service. The infinity pool on the fourth floor perfectly reflects the mountains, making for stunning photos! Nearby, you can also visit the Shan Ka La Ka Campsite and tea gardens. It’s only a 7-minute drive from the T3 Tea Garden – Yingde is a famous tea-producing region, so it’s a must-visit!"

We brought our dog, and they provided a high-quality dog bed, toys, deodorant, wet wipes, and even poop bags – so thoughtful! 2. They decorated the room for our dog's birthday for free, which was incredibly heartwarming! 3. They gave us an extra breakfast, both generous and attentive! 4. They personally guided us to our room, explaining the hotel layout and functional areas along the way – truly dedicated service! 5. KTV room, billiards room, kids' play area, private hot spring, meditation room, in-room projector – all available for free on demand… Such great value… 6. The common areas looked exactly like the photos, perfect for pictures, and even had a free Nintendo Switch to play. 7. "We checked in the day before the Dragon Boat Festival. The hotel called us in the morning to ask about our arrival time and offered to recommend local attractions. In the afternoon, they even gave us a complimentary upgrade to a lake-view room. The room was spacious, and the balcony was huge. It was raining at the time, so sitting on the balcony and watching the misty, cloud-shrouded Immortal Lake was absolutely delightful. The breakfast quality was also excellent, and we had dinner at the hotel too, which was clearly prepared with great care. The hotel is right at the entrance of the Black Tea Valley scenic area, and they even waived the parking fee for our visit there."

"The service of Qihu Hotel was very considerate. They upgraded me to two lake view rooms for free and also gave me free fruits. The hotel room was also very nice, clean and tidy. When we checked out, the front desk staff helped us carry our luggage to the parking lot, and also gave us tea and several bottles of water for us to drink during the trip. A very good experience! "The hotel of choice for business trips to Yingde, with large rooms and very enthusiastic and proactive staff! There are welcome fruits 🍊 and evening desserts, just right for replenishing the stomach after drinking. Especially the staff Ms. Huang Wenxia and the manager on duty, they were very considerate and made us feel really at home! The night view outside the hotel is also beautiful. "Extremely satisfied! The service was exceptional from start to finish. Even before arriving, they answered all my questions thoughtfully. During my stay, they were incredibly responsive to every request, and I even received a parting gift when I checked out. The room facilities were fantastic, and because there weren't many guests, they proactively upgraded my room. The room was well-equipped, and the guesthouse's scenery was absolutely beautiful – it felt like I was living right inside a picturesque landscape. They also provided complimentary tickets to the tea plantation, which is very close by, though I'd say it's an optional visit. It's also not far from the Heshun Karst Cave, so you can easily stop by if you're in the area. Plus, there's passion fruit picking right outside, and the breakfast was delicious!"
