"Extremely satisfied! The hotel's facilities, environment, and service are all excellent, with every detail, both hardware and software, being perfectly executed. Great value for money! You can tell the owner is very good at business and quite generous! Oh, there's one tiny flaw I forgot to mention to the staff: the shower door tends to hit the glass partition separating it from the toilet when opened. Perhaps a bumper strip could be added to prevent guests from accidentally breaking it."

"I took my family out to play during the summer vacation. I was just a hotel booked at that time. I didn't expect the experience to be so good. "The room overall was great, with the swimming lane right outside the balcony. The surrounding environment is beautiful, with Swan Lake and Baojing Palace scenic area, making these three days very fulfilling and satisfying. The room also has an air purifier. During our stay, there was a guest group chat where we could request anything we needed, and the customer service staff were very quick to respond. Manager Chen Jinling provided excellent service; she contacted me before arrival to send the hotel's location and explain many of the hotel's services, as well as restaurant opening hours and locations. The housekeeping staff were also wonderful; on the second day, I requested a change of bed linen, and they promptly took care of it without any hesitation. Overall, both adults and children were quite satisfied."

"I was so lucky to get a room upgrade! The lake view from the room was absolutely stunning! It was a great escape from the crowds during the summer holidays. The hot springs weren't numerous, but the facilities were mostly complete, and there was even a pool where the kids had a blast for ages. There's also an infinity pool near the hotel with fantastic lake views. Plus, there are activity packages available nearby, and the grass sledding, archery, and kayaking were all super fun! It's worth mentioning that all the activity facilities are incredibly well-maintained – that really deserves praise!"

"Absolutely loved this bamboo forest courtyard! It's an immersive experience, nestled within acres of bamboo. The rainy day ambiance was simply divine. As soon as I stepped into the courtyard, I was enveloped by lush greenery. The drizzle pattered on the bamboo, the leaves rustled, and the air was filled with the fresh, damp scent of vegetation – so peaceful and therapeutic. The glamping tent accommodation had a wild luxury feel, and the private courtyard offered complete privacy. Inside, it was clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding. Hiding in the tent on a rainy day, listening to the white noise of rain on bamboo leaves, created a truly wonderful atmosphere. The environment is tranquil and elegant, far from the city's hustle and bustle. The owner provided thoughtful and attentive service, making the entire stay from check-in to check-out completely comfortable. The bamboo forest on a rainy day had a unique charm, misty and ethereal, with swaying bamboo shadows. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind, whether you're seeking solitude or a gathering with friends. It's already on my list for a second visit, highly recommended!"

"Extremely satisfied! The service was exceptional from start to finish. Even before arriving, they answered all my questions thoughtfully. During my stay, they were incredibly responsive to every request, and I even received a parting gift when I checked out. The room facilities were fantastic, and because there weren't many guests, they proactively upgraded my room. The room was well-equipped, and the guesthouse's scenery was absolutely beautiful – it felt like I was living right inside a picturesque landscape. They also provided complimentary tickets to the tea plantation, which is very close by, though I'd say it's an optional visit. It's also not far from the Heshun Karst Cave, so you can easily stop by if you're in the area. Plus, there's passion fruit picking right outside, and the breakfast was delicious!"

"I stayed at the Chocolate Kingdom Hotel in mid-October. At that time, some facilities were already showing their age and seemed a bit neglected, and there were fewer staff members. However, I truly felt their dedication in every service they provided; their excellent service more than made up for any shortcomings in the hardware. We had a hot spring package. The hot springs were less crowded during the day and more so at night, so it was good to go at off-peak times. The package also included two-day tickets to Chocolate Wonderland, and at that time, there was a shuttle cart service. When I went back in December, the shuttle was gone, so I want to warn fellow travelers that if you're not driving yourself, think very carefully before booking, as it's a 20-minute walk from the park to the hotel. But since there was a shuttle service in October, and I genuinely felt their dedication in every service, I'm giving a good review for that stay. For December, I'd give a bad review."

"Had a fantastic two-day, one-night stay at the Shuiyun Yashe, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations. As a five-star hotel, it boasts an excellent location with great surrounding amenities, making it convenient for getting around while avoiding noisy areas. The room was spacious and bright, the smart home system was very handy, and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom was well-executed. The toiletries also had a very sophisticated scent.
