"I do love this resort so much😭❤️ This place perfectly got the vibe I was looking for in Bali. Thanks to the beautiful pool nestled in the jungle, the pleasant room conditions, and the friendly staff, my vacation was truly special and enjoyable. The private yoga class with Ms.Angga at Mantra pavilion made my day and it was a great experience for me🧘 She is so kind and enegetic❤️ I could feel that she really cared about me. And I really thank you for the delicious birthday cake😭❤️🎂 I really enjoyed it! The omelet at breakfast was good and since I had some time before heading to the airport after checking out, I had Pisa Goreng at the restaurant, which was really tasty🍌 100% recommend here!"

"This is one of those hotels you just want to return to. Over six days, we never once felt like we were missing anything. On the contrary, every day we discovered something new, and we really didn't want to leave. The most striking impression was the level of service. They truly surround you with care from the moment you check in until you check out. It was incredibly convenient that we could communicate with staff via WhatsApp: we ordered room service, used the laundry, booked activities, and any question was resolved quickly. The Kids Club deserves a special mention. We loved the eco-friendly approach: the hotel has its own garden where children can walk around, plant and care for plants, make crafts from natural materials, and participate in various creative activities. The club itself is very clean, well-equipped, and the educators are incredibly kind and attentive. Besides that, there’s a real, small mini-zoo on the premises. Every day we went to see the animals: there are deer, goats, rabbits, birds, an otter, and other inhabitants. The deer impressed the children the most. You can also go fishing. The hotel grounds are incredibly beautiful. The pool with a jungle view is one of the most memorable spots, where we wanted to spend time every day. The food also left an excellent impression. Breakfasts were very diverse. A personal discovery for me was the coconut vegan yogurts – so delicious that I ate them every morning. And when we left in the middle of the night to catch the sunrise at Mount Batur, they thoughtfully prepared breakfast for us to take with us. Over the six days, we still didn't manage to try everything the hotel has to offer. There are so many activities for adults and children that you could easily spend your entire vacation here without hardly leaving the property. The only thing to consider is that the hotel is located not in the center of Ubud, but closer to Kintamani. For us, this was actually an advantage – it's quiet all around, with fresh air and a feeling of complete unity with nature. There's a free shuttle several times a day to the center, so getting there isn't difficult. Due to its elevated location, it's cooler here in the mornings and evenings than in Ubud itself, so I recommend bringing a light sweater."

"This hotel offers great value for money, with both the photos and the actual property living up to high standards. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel service is top-notch. The rooftop pool offers views of the distant sea and is very inviting, boasting beautiful scenery. The hotel is conveniently located next to a mall, making shopping easy, and there's a cinema nearby for affordable movies during leisure time. It's only a 12-minute drive from the airport, so I'd recommend it for passengers with late flights or early arrivals to stay for a night. There's also an excellent restaurant right next door, and their lobster pasta is especially delicious."

"Our stay at Lloyd’s Inn Bali was absolutely wonderful. The hotel has a beautiful, modern and minimalist design, with a peaceful atmosphere that makes it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were clean, comfortable and thoughtfully designed, and the staff were friendly, welcoming and always helpful. We especially loved the calm ambience, stylish surroundings and the overall attention to detail. The location is also convenient for exploring Bali while still giving you a quiet place to unwind after a busy day. Overall, Lloyd’s Inn Bali offered us a memorable and refreshing experience. We would definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and peaceful stay in Bali."

"When we first got to our room, unfortunately the air con was broken with water all over the floor, the staff came and mopped it up and left a bucket to catch the water, as we went to shower we noticed the towels were stained and ripped, 3 hours after we had checked in, we were told we had been complimentary upgraded! Which was amazing, the staff took our stuff to our new room, and we had a huge suite which was 10x better than the room before clean towels, cleaner area,a separate kitchen area to the bedroom and was 50Sqf in all. The Staff were so lovely and kind and really turned the unfortunate vibe of what we had checked into around! Location wise, there was not much within walking distance however the hotel offers bikes to rent for cheap to head into the busier part of seminyak."

"The concept and design of the hotel are truly remarkable. Everything looks beautiful in the pictures – the designer did an excellent job. However, the execution, unfortunately, fell short. For a hotel positioning itself as 5-star, the quality of the finishings leaves much to be desired. The builders clearly underperformed. My main complaint is about cleanliness. The room was poorly cleaned of construction dust, and the shower cabins are still covered in grout. Living in dust at a five-star hotel is simply unacceptable. The front desk service also didn't meet expectations. I approached the manager at the reception twice, asking for the issues to be rectified. Twice I was promised that everything would be cleaned, but in reality, the cleaning was nominal, just for show. The headboards, which I specifically asked to be vacuumed, remained dirty. The included breakfasts were another disappointment. For a five-star hotel, they are incredibly meager. My child couldn't find anything to eat, and eventually stopped going to breakfast. There's no buffet or a proper selection: you can strictly choose one dish, one juice, tea or coffee, and a portion of fruit. This is the standard of a modest guesthouse, not a 5-star hotel. The beautiful pictures don't compensate for the builders' poor work, weak service, and severe cost-cutting on food. The hotel doesn't live up to its status."

"We stayed at this wonderful hotel from March 18th to 29th and absolutely loved it! Great location, excellent and compact grounds, and friendly staff! 😇 We had the ”All-Inclusive. Basic” package, which meant we could visit all restaurants, including the à la carte ones, as well as the coffee shop with its top-notch coffee ☕️, the poolside bar, and the beach bar with its delicious coconuts 🥥 and rum ice cream 🍨😋🤤. I also want to highlight the à la carte restaurant ”Amarta” for its amazing dishes and desserts 🍰😋. As for the beach: there were always free sun loungers and umbrellas available, no matter what time we arrived 🙏, and the ocean here is probably one of the calmest on the entire Nusa Dua coast, as there aren't strong waves! 🌊 On the beach, there's a ”Water Sport” shack where you can find water activities for every taste! With our package, we even got free kayak rides 🛶. The hotel also offers bicycle rentals, which were free for all-inclusive guests. I also want to commend the cleanliness of all hotel staff; they meticulously wiped down the ceiling beams of the beach restaurant daily 😱, it was truly shocking! 👍🆒 I definitely recommend this hotel; it's worth every penny! 😍🥰😘❤️"
