Nuevamente les hicimos notar que esto era un tema de discriminación y que sin perjuicio de hacer el comentario. Aquí haremos una queja por discriminación contra personas de la tercera edad y además discapacitadas, Pues el Hotel se advierte que el personal no está capacitado para tener la sensibilidad necesaria para este tipo de requerimientos y atención a este tipo de personas y huéspedes. Por lo demás, el lugar nos gusta y pedimos y queremos seguir yendo, pero requerimos que el Hotel ponga atención y especial cuidado en este tipo de cosas. Que capacite a su personal para que tengan sensibilidad, y no traten a los adultos mayores y las personas de la tercera edad, como huéspedes de tercera, remitiéndolos, al lugar más alejado en las peores condiciones que pudiera dar el Hotel cuando además no se asemejan a lo que se paga. En la segunda ocasión la habitación que nos dieron era mucho más pequeña y olía totalmente a humedad quiere decir que son habitaciones que aparte de alejada no se utilizan mucho tal vez por lo mismo."
