Located in the southern Taihao Hotel, we stayed for three days to set a package for breakfast and dinner! The children's slippers and scissors were added to the third day when they left. The overall service feels. I can't reach it, I don't know if it is the reason for the full house! The dinner was said to be available in the other three restaurants, and the results were not available. However, it is good to not pick up the gold. Once it was completely packaged in the restaurant, there was a lot of cash inside. Later, I was told that I was at the front desk and I was sent back. This is worthy of praise. Finally, talk about hygiene. After washing the kettle in the room, there is still a lot of garbage coming out. I thought it was a problem with water quality. After drinking it for two days, I found a filter inside. The filter is full of rubbish, really too Disgusting, it seems that the kettle should be used after washing. The beachside water facilities in the hotel are free to rent, the coastline is very long, there are two large reefs on it, the water quality is good, it is still very fun. The hotel is close to the dolphins, so it’s an advantage at 8:30 in the morning!

Whether it was our daily breakfast service, ensuring our comfort throughout the day, or even arranging an incredibly romantic proposal setup, she attended to every detail with remarkable diligence and warmth. Her dedication and care made her not just a wonderful hostess but a cherished part of our experience. We rate her an emphatic 10+/10. Equally remarkable was Kailash. With his innate knack for arranging romantic breakfasts and dinners in our room, his charismatic presence as he drove us around the resort in his buggy, and his assertiveness that ensured all our needs were met, he was instrumental in making our holiday complete. His personable demeanor is a true credit to the hotel. Our appreciation extends to the room service team as well. Koomar, Veenaye, Joanne, Tarvesh, Nitesh, and Sanjeev all contributed to facilitating a seamless and unforgettable experience. Their collective attention to detail, promptness, and friendly demeanor were remarkable. However, the standout personality and the heart of the Constance Belle Mare Plage was Kris. You will find him on the beach, armed with an unbeatable selection of cocktail recommendations. His mixology skills are top-notch, and his engaging conversations coupled with a fantastic sense of humor made our beach days exceptionally memorable. Kris was not only an employee of the hotel but became a friend who enriched our stay. In summary, our experience at the Constance Belle Mare Plage was truly magical, fueled by the unwavering dedication of its staff, the beauty of its surroundings, and the exceptional level of service that made us feel like royalty. We have created unforgettable memories here, and we can’t wait to return next year. If you’re considering a trip to Mauritius, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

We stayed at OceanV, Grand Baie for 7 nights and we absolutely LOVED our stay. We took the “all inclusive” package and I can really recommend this option as this really makes the entire holiday more enjoyable, no need to stress about paying for any drinks, lunch, afternoon tea or dinner. Inclusive package review: You get a set menu for lunch and dinner which is always decent. My wife is a fussy eater but always managed to find something to eat. For dinner you can also choose options off the main menu which helps when the kitchen is a bit adventurous with the set menu. The drinks that are included are three types of beer, three types of wine, 8/9 cocktails and three mocktails as well as a wide range of cooldrink and hot beverages. This was really sufficient and if you do want to try anything else, you can always just order from the bar. Room and service review: The staff is extremely friendly and always helpful. The room was perfect, amazing view of the sea and an aircon that we had on the entire time and worked perfectly. The staff cleaned the room and bathroom everyday, no complaints, just compliments. Trips/Excursions: We did not use the hotel’s recommended service providers as they were a bit expensive. We went on a catamaran trip, initially using the hotel connection but after they cancelled we were able to find Coral Belle, a very professional catamaran trip company who have three catamaran’s that go to the islands every day, they have a little shop in sunset boulevard - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! We took the bus everywhere, Grand Baie for shopping and Port Louis for the day trip - really worth it regarding the price 24 rs from Pereybere to Grand Baie and 44 rs from Pereybere to Port Louis. Recommended to wait for the express bus to Port Louis if you can, the normal bus takes a quite while longer. Finally, the beach is walking distance, 300m, and we were able to walk around to the beach right in front of the hotel for privacy and less crowded. All Round: We would come back and recommend!!!

The location is good, the hotel can provide free snorkeling service, you can also see a lot of fish snorkeling next to the hotel, the sea is very clear, great.

The beach is beautiful! The restaurant is delicious! The western food is very authentic, the variety is very complete, no one cares when the dinner is busy, the attitude is not busy, it is understandable. It is actually a bit difficult to go up on the net red swing qwq will stay again next time!

Check in was hectic. There were so many guests checking in and waiting in such a small space. We checked in at 3 pm but the room wasn’t ready until 3.45 pm. We got to the room and found out that they upgraded us (without telling us). The upgraded room was a big suite which was very nice but it was on the ground floor. We booked a junior suite balcony which is upstairs (we prefer upstairs as more privacy and better view) we had to ask to move to the type of room that we actually booked for! (What a waste of time for everyone) the room was very beautiful and comfortable and we LOVED the balcony. We love le Morne beach the water is so clear with different shades of blue but here we find the beach to be a bit too wide so you are a bit far from the sea (we stayed at another hotel in Le morne and we found there we were closer to the see with better view of Le Morne) Plenty of available sun beds. We didn’t like the pools so didn’t go in. Breakfast was disappointing compared to the price we pay. Service was not bad but not great. Overall, it was an ok stay.

Small family orientated hotel. Perfect location. 5 minutes walk to a shopping mall and 10 minutes to the beach. Friendly staff who are very helpful. The rooms are cleaned most days to a high standard. Our room , more like an apartment. had an en-suite, kitchenette with cooking facilities, sofa, TV, dining table, and fridge, and a balcony with table and chairs. Lovely small pool with plenty of sun loungers . Perfect for small families and couples. We would love to stay there again.

For the first stop of the honeymoon trip in Mauritius, I chose a relatively quiet and close to the south shore. When choosing a hotel, I always think that the expensive hotel is the best when I choose the hotel. When I moved to the east bank during the second half of the trip, It was only after the hotel knew that there would be no harm without comparison! If a friend comes to the hairball, I will definitely recommend living on the South Bank. Speaking of service, Tamartha has two Chinese housekeepers, Esther in Qinghai and Zenobia in Hong Kong. The beaches on the south shore are much cleaner than the east shores, and the sea surface is much calmer. The scenery is dominated by the setting sun. Lying on the beach in the calm afternoon and watching the evening is really pleasant. The main restaurant is a buffet. The theme is different every day. The Indian theme is my favorite. The local cuisine of wool ball is not delicious. The honeymoon meal was upgraded to an open-air French meal by the sea. This may be the biggest slot in the experience. The dishes did not like it and it caused me a fever. The hairball traffic is really expensive. When you take a taxi from the airport to the hotel, the driver has a fixed price. It thinks that it feels pitted, an hour's drive, 2200 rupees. If you don't plan to make a hotel, people who go out every day will still rent a car online. It's only 500 yuan a day. If you plan your trip, you must book a day trip from the Internet in advance. There may be no places when you set the ball. In order to save time, live in the south shore of the dolphins seven-colored earthen bird park. For the ball, driving time is the biggest benefit.

We had the most wonderful experience at C mauritius resort hotel. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Mrs Karen the Front Office Manager, Mr. Nevin the receptionist and Bradley the bell boy. The staffs of the hotel were always ready to help and all of them were very friendly. The food and the service were excellent. The room are so big, spacious and well cleaned, the bed was super comfortable and had a good restfull night sleep. We were well served at the bar Andiket was amazing. At the buffet restaurant we were warming welcome by Mr. Jess what a nice man give us all the restaurant information. Nice swimming pool fabulous relaxing corner. The view was a sight to behold and I would highly recommend this resort to anyone wanting to spend the dream tropical holidays. We recommend this hotel if you are looking to have best time in Mauritius ❤️❤️

I took my mother on a vacation of a lifetime in May, and after several days of travel from the western US, we finally arrived at the Sands. We were picked up from the airport and the driver was very nice and got us to the hotel, and once we walked in, we were blown away. The reception area was beautiful and the views spectacular. We were shown our room and it was spacious, and clean with great views out the balcony. As we put our items away a gentleman came to give us a Covid screening. (we laughed because he was wearing a lab coat...) We relaxed by the pool, or played in the water and the staff was always making sure we had everything we needed. The food was very good, but some things were better than others. It was fun to try new dishes that are not part of the cuisine at home. On our first evening my mother wanted wine, and Rahja was very helpful and found her one. From that evening onward, he came to talk to her each meal and made her feel like the most valued visitor there. They laughed and joked a lot. He found her a few more bottles during our stay as well! He was by far her favorite staff member. Soudesh was of great assistance to us, booking off site adventures for us, and arranging transportation. He also asked the kitchen to make me some of their banana jam to take home, as I loved it so much. We used the spa as well, and my mother got the best massage, and mine was only mediocre. The beach at the Sands is also the best along that shoreline, so it's much easier to walk on than further down as it bites into your feet a bit. What made the Sands so nice is how warm and caring the staff was. They felt like family and they seemed to really care about you and really wishing you to have a great vacation. We stayed on the opposite shore after a trip to Reunion Island, and missed that, and wished we were back at the Sands. If I am able to return to Mauritius, I would definitely pick the Sands for my stay!
