Do throw precaution to the wind and lower your expectations if you are planning a getaway to TADOM Hill Resort.... 1. Communal toilet needs repairs / upgrading. Taps are loose or missing handles, instant electric shower looks like it's gonna breakdown soon, shower door wth missing latch, no tissue inside toilet and toilets are smelly; 2. Doors to rooms have flimsy locksets. Thus do not bring too much valuables or leave camera equipments in the room. Thieves can easily break in; 3. Staying at the Tulou does not guarantee privacy. Day time tourist who are not room guests are allowed inside the Tulou to take photos. Such outsiders will also happily use the toilet on the ground floor meant for females only. Therefore do not be shocked to see a man using the female toilet; The Tulou which is a 2-storey circular building housing a number of rooms is at the entrance of the resort and away from the Registration Counter and Resort Security desk. Outsiders have direct access into the Tulou. This results in lack of safety and privacy. A male stranger unapologetically flung open our room door on the ground floor, hoping to take photos and received a toungue lashing from us. The resort should not allow outsiders who are not guests inside the Tulou. Foodwise, the Bistro serves better food wth more friendly service staff compared to the restaurant. Resort staff at the reception are friendly and helpful. Facilities wise there is not much to shout about unless you like swimming in the lake, ping pong, a game of volley ball, a small go kart circuit and dusty ATV rides (owner should consider special rates for room guests instead of standard rates for all). It's ok if you come wth a group of friends. Road leading to the resort is uneven and full of potholes. Owner should consider laying a proper crusher run road for the benefit of TADOM. Our experience started out fine, we were given cookies at the reception by a very friendly receptionist. The property is huge but dated. Walking from reception to our room (in another adjacent building) is ok but there is no shaded walkways, it’s all open air and subject to the elements. The room itself is average, we had booked two rooms facing the lake. The cleanliness however is appalling. We found a dead cockroach under the bed, the toilets were clean but because it’s all black tiles, you can’t really see the dirt unless you look closely; the shower doors weren’t properly cleaned, there is moss and old, icky dirt stuck at the corners. Water pressure to the bidet is low, which basically makes it pointless to have. There’s food flies lounging around the room, possibly from food that was consumed by the previous guest. We had ordered room service 3 times in total. The first time was great, they brought the food within 30 minutes, charged it to our room. The food quality however was subpar. The char kuey teow was soggy and tasted like ginger, which isn’t how it’s normally supposed to be prepared! If your chef is gonna make changes to classic local recipes, make sure it’s taste-tested by others and please CLEARLY state that this is an adaptation of a local classic so the guest can expect it to be different. The 2nd time was an annoyance, not only was the food late but they told us to pay immediately for it! Apparently the wait staff was told we had not paid a deposit for the room but in fact we had paid a deposit to cover our entire 2 night stay for two rooms! But being cooperative guests, we decided not to make a fuss and paid immediately. 3rd room service, no questions about payment. Talk about inconsistent service! Also, we were told to leave our food trays from the room service outside the room but they didn’t clean it up the next day resulting in food flies buzzing around. The breakfast was ok on the first day, but the 2nd day, it was downright horrible. Scrambled eggs were soggy, bacon and sausages was boiled and not fried, again, if you’re gonna offer a healthy alternative to everyday norm, please state it clearly somewhere! Freshly baked bread wasn’t fresh either, tasted at least a day old. Lastly, the pool isn’t cleaned regularly, not what you’d expect from something with a “Hilton” brand in it. The kids pool had dark tiles in it and so you can’t easily see dirt in the water but there were small leaves and other icky stuff floating about if you looked closely.

My experience was disappointing to say the least. Despite arriving for check-in at 2:30 PM, it took until 5:30 PM to finally get checked in, leaving me waiting in the lobby like a fool. Additionally, my request for a late check-out the next day was met with minimal flexibility, only extending from the original noon checkout time to 1 PM. The following morning, after enjoying a swim at 11 AM, I found myself locked out of my room due to a malfunctioning room key. Upon complaining at the lobby about the time wasted running back and forth, the customer service representative had ************ to retort, ”We have an emergency call phone in each building; you could have used that to have the key delivered to you.” Am I expected to predict such an issue and trek back to the lobby? Was this information conveyed to us during check-in? It's disappointing that one unhelpful staff member tainted my entire experience. Their dismissive attitude and lack of accountability compel me to leave a negative review. Customer service is paramount in the hospitality industry, and unfortunately, Fell short of expectations.

Excellent hotel with great hospitality.a worry-free stay for those with extra luggage from airport.i stayed a night during transit back from umrah with families,there was 12 luggages which worry me wether the shuttle van can acommodate or not.the van driver was kind enough to arrange a mini bus from the hotel to fetch us.local food stalls just outside the lobby was attractive.it was a very relaxing stay after a long flight,it offers comfy beds and pillows,not to mention the excellent breakfast offered.the hotel staffs were all very polite,we were allowed for late check out at 2 pm.a hassle free short stay which my family really enjoy it!!!thanks holiday inn

Enviroment -Surrounding was clean and follow all the SOP out by goverment, tempereture taking and hand sanitizer was provided at the enterence and every outlets, Good practise and you feel confident. Reception -For positive feed back from me I would like to thank you to front office team especially to one of the handsome men staff his name on his name tag (Azam) for arranged my check in process even busy n have a long queue line they can managed the ship craked situation. Housekepping -Room was clean and the staff gave us good services even it is little outdated. Restaurant -Negatively. I want to make a food order and try to call the line Mya restaurant via a phone room press ”0” for so many times did not answer my call .. that is unbelievable. i try call again and again. Unfortunatly we can get it. very disappointed. Please we will paid for the food cost not for begging for free !!! So u should take care of ur customer needed.. pls alert with phone call did you heard or not.. please train your staff properly.. this is my second time visit at Dash Box Hotel Cyberjaya but servis not good as i get for 1st time in 2019. i hope top Management will take this as a important issue when it come to this!!! PLEASE...

From the moment we entered the hotel lobby, we were impressed. The interior decor was luxurious yet warm and inviting. The family room that we booked was spacious and clean with comfortable king bed and linens. The room was overlooking the Masjid Besi Putrajaya which had a fabulous view. There is a kettle, a small fridge and a large TV which we loved. The bathroom was nicely decorated with unique tiles. They provided plush towels and top of the line toiletry sets which they would replace every day.

I really enjoyed my stay! Joe and Matt are above all expectations: caring, kind, always ready to help. The room as well as common area were super clean. A few restaurants with reasonable prices, supermarkets and pharmacy are only 1-3 minutes on foot. Good wifi. Tea, coffee, cookies, bread, butter, jam are provided 24 hours. Towel and soap in the bathroom also. The train station is only 10 minutes on foot and it's only 1 station to KLIA1 and 2 stations to KLIA 2. Summarizing - this place is the best choice if you have a long stopover in KL. Strongly recommended!
