The wifi sucks. It cannot even play a 720p video smoothly.
The payment methods are extremely limited. It wasted me 2 more hours to fix the problem they caused, which was super annoying. The staffs were very impolite. All they wanted was to cancel my reservation, which was totally irresponsible.

I had a terrible experience triggered by Trip.com I made this booking on the 1 June 2022, and imediately Trip.com deduccted the cost from my credit card. Once I arrived at the Hotel, I was told that the booking exists but that trip.com did not pay the booking, therefore I had to pay it over with my credit card. Trtip.com promissed to refund me the money to my credit card, however, so far I have not received anything. I will do a complain to Trivago so that Trip.com will never ever appear on the trivago recommendations and I will also proceed legally and excerocse my legal Insurance in Switzerland because boioking with trip com created me unecessqry sterss and made me even lose a day of the important conference I was attending (PDAC Toronto). Never again i will book with Trip.com and I also request the refund for the amount that Trip.com deducted from my credit card, plus the amount i had to pay to the hotel. Trip com you are a ludicrous scammer company. I will never recommend to use trip.com to anybody.

The shuttle service is a big plus. Operates every half an hour 24/7 and the location is about 4 to 6 minutes drive to the airport. Customer service needs to be dramatically improved. Room was basic. Mattress not comfortable. Spring keeps bouncing when you sit and shift. Breakfast tasted okay. For an overnight stay to catch a flight would be okay.
