酒店應該年代久遠，房間應該重新裝修過，房間不大，燈光不算亮，沒有拖鞋 牙刷牙膏，但是有熱水壺 杯子。床高，床小，隔音不好。衞生間比較大。大堂古色古香，很有味道，酒店前台和吧枱連在一起，也是別緻。
攜程預訂的房間 每次都有 “驚喜”（詳看圖6）

Itvwss a great property located conveniently in downtown Toronto. My room was great size for a singke person with great amenities. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Ondo believe the lighting in the room could have been a bit better. The reading lights on the sides of the bed are a bit too bright for that purpose. Overall great service for the money. Won't comment on the cost because of the times we are in and the location. Great experience overall. Long weekend staycation fulfilled.

For an overnight trip it got the job done. Eaton Centre was only a 10 minute walk and the Meridian Hall and Union Station were right down the street. It's a nice hotel, great staff. The room was a bit small but not terrible, the only frustrating thing was that the TV volume wouldnt go below 80 so if you bring a streaming stick or a Nintendo Switch or something, you won't be able to use it without blowing your ears out. The Android box they have connected to the TV is very laggy and doesn’t have many streaming options. Again, the hotel itself is solid overall and affordable, anything related to the TV is a no go.

The hotel was excellent. Beautifully redone with the nicest staff. The location couldn’t have been better for our trip. I would highly recommend this hotel

For the price, the hotel is reasonable and the bar & staff are lovely. Very walkable to most major attractions in Toronto.
They’ve done some renovations, however my room’s bathroom was tired and in need of some repairs. Bed was stiff and noise travels within rooms down the hallway. Overall an average hotel but decent experience.

The hotel is close to union station and the mall. The shower was dirty. The bed was comfortable.

Good location (close to Massey Hall). Wish they’d put more care into maintaining it since it’s a historical building. Bathroom was tiny and dated, and closet next to it was huge, should rethink the layout. Beds were comfortable. One elevator in entire building, but worked fine.
