After arriving at the hotel, I didn't know the location of the parking lot and went to the front desk to check it, and I found that there was a three-dimensional parking lot on the back side of the hotel. The parking lot was in the first order, and there were already several waiting on the back side, and the time to wait was unpleasant, so the car asked the family and went to check in first, but it was lined up. At the front desk, all the staff were in charge of the customer service, but the rotation rate felt bad. The twin rooms feel narrow, but the free sleeping with elementary school students is very helpful. We liked the hotel it’s very Japanese style, for school teenagers gasshuku etc. the bath was nice. Well maintained. Breakfast was AMAZING. Room view was awesome. But, i think Trip.com need to write clearly that there’s no shower inside the room! It was not expected. It’ll be better if more details are written down. As not all foreigners may like to shower with others. (Personally we liked it tho) Hotel wasn’t super new. Bit dirty in some spots and room was little small. But overall we had a very happy stay. Last time, I chose ”Tottori Hotel Green Hotel Morris” today because the rate here was cheap. However, the rate of the hotel of the local city is high. Cleaning is good, so I think it should be improved. Amenities are soap-type liquid soap, and solid soap is also good. Linens such as bath towels are good. We stayed here for two nights to enjoy Tottori. We immediately had the feeling that not many english speeking foreigner come here, but this could just be us. - location: the hotel is close to tottori station which is very good for travellers to take a bus or train to get around. - Room: the room was very spacious. Ours was a mix of old western hotels and with some Japanese elements. It looked a bit dated, but they normally do have more updated rooms if necessary. - Service: the staff was very friendly and they did their best to speak English. - Breakfast: breakfast was more basic then i expected, but still good. I actually want to recommend the vending machines at the entrance of the spa. They have a lot of options in the machines, which we didn't have in other hotels. TIP: try the ice cream and milk in their vending machines (milk from the area) if its still available. There is also a small shop with local products. Overall good hotel that offers comfortable spacious rooms for a good price.
