"Πάνω από κάθε 5 αστέρων ξενοδοχείο και ήταν το δεύτερο έτος που έμεινα για μια εβδομάδα ανάπαυσης. Η στάση της υπηρεσίας ήταν πραγματικά επικεντρωμένη στην φιλοξενία· η οικιακή υπηρεσία ήταν αμέσως έτοιμη να ανταποκριθεί σε οποιαδήποτε ανάγκη· αλλά αυτό που ήταν αναπόφευκτο ήταν αυτό που συνέβη όταν είχα μια πολύ δυσάρεστη και αηδιαστική ιατρική έκταση στο εστιατόριο τους. (απαιτεί ασθενοφόρο κ.λπ.) και δεν θα μπορούσαν να είναι πιο ευαίσθητα, ήπια και υποστηρικτικά, επαναλαμβανομένου να απορρίπτουν τις προσπάθειές μου να ζητήσω συγγνώμη."

"We were here before and it was known as Mirandole. The hotel was beautifully renovated and the rooms were really on the way forward (all new). Well, it's good between hotels if you go to Spain or go back to Holland."

"We received a reasonably friendly welcome; the rooms were very clean, and the prices were reasonable. The breakfast, however, was unacceptable for getting a good start to the day. It was a complete disappointment: just one croissant per person, baguette with butter and jam, coffee, orange juice, cream cheese/yogurt in a cup, and cereal with milk. This cost €9 per adult and €5 per child (one child was two years old, the other four). We were shocked and only managed to get our fill because we had brought our own food in a cooler."

Le Terminus

"Very nice little 3-star hotel. Same for the staff. About ten rooms. Each one different from the next. We also love the restaurant, which for us is the second reason, and not the least, to stay there on our way south, respectively on the way back. It wasn't the first time and it won't be the last... The only downside: an elevator that hasn't been operational for ages. Apparently, there's a legal dispute."

Demeures & Châteaux - Hôtel Greuze & Spa Tournus

"You cannot fault the staff in this hotel as they do everything to help you. A young man came dashing out with the trolley for our luggage before we had finished parking the car. BUT ... the rooms are old fashioned and the owners of the hotel have not modernised the rooms. Many travellers today require rooms with a shower, as if they are 'getting on' like us, a bath is not at all easy to use. Despite all our efforts and with the help of the staff, there were no rooms with a shower available despite fact that the hotel was not at all full."

"Room, reception staff, evening meal and parking excellent. Breakfast let them down. Multiple tables not cleared and cooked section almost empty."

"This is our favourite place to stay in both winter and summer .The house and rooms are thoughtfully decorated and very comfortable. There are nice restaurants in Tournus, but we prefer eating the delicious dishes offered in house accompanied by a glass of lovely local Chardonnay, followed by a great breakfast the following morning. Altogether first class."
