Stayed for 3 days, lake view room Advantages: near the lake, with independent yard, relatively safe, you can see the lake view Disadvantages: The service is very good on the surface. It is very nice. It cannot be executed on the ground. There are unwashed blood stains on the bed and Xiaoqiang is crawling. As soon as I entered the first room, I found that the light was broken and it kept flashing, and the switch was also faulty. The visitor didn't fix his breath, communicated 3 times, and changed the room. I was very enthusiastic to help with the luggage, but the body odor in the second room was obvious. I opened the window and it took a long time to ventilate. Every time I cleaned and replaced, I was short of things. I had to call for it, but it would be delivered soon. The original mineral water in the hotel is a pink brand called Java. It is recommended not to drink it. When it is boiled, it is full of suspended scales. It is fine if you buy it outside. Check out on the last day. It is 11 o'clock when the reservation is made. The hotel phone reminder is 10:30, and the delay is up to 11:30. The attitude is rather blunt. Looking at the hotel for 7000 rupees a night, the difference between hygiene and details is too big, but the hardware is OK

The most beautiful thing I loved about this property is the service of the restaurant . I would love to visit again . Starting from the greetings to the service everything was of top quality. Few names would like to mention who made our stay memorable - Krishna Kezia Bhumika , and Archana . They were one of the best staff at the restaurant. Much love from our side .

Located near to the court chowk this hotel is suitable for both tourists and business travelers. Average sized rooms, clean and comfortable. Breakfast spread is good. Staff is supportive and willing to help. Front desk needs to be more trained in order to handle ***y people at same time as check in and check out both become difficult at times.

I must point out to Leela higher ***agement that if they book hotels for destination wedding then make sure it should be back to back with people staying a night before. A very well maintained and beautiful property which is located in city Centre. The staff is very helpful and polite. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Lobby area is very beautifully. The seen from Roof Top of lake Pichola is Looking like a WOW. The Design of furniture's are like old heritage. I had gone with my family for tour and we booked Royal Suit , The room is big and neet and clean. The Bathtub is also very Beautifully maintained.

Impeccable, world class landscape. The hotel itself was transformed from an 18th-century palace with impeccable service and facilities. The hotel also has various activities such as yoga classes.

Good hotel with co operative staff and excellent food. Initially while checking the reviews I was a little worried and thought I had made a bad decision. But the overall experience of the resort be it room, cleanliness, ambience, staff behavior, room service, food, chef everything was wonderful.
