The hotel is very comfortable in accommodation. It was stayed twice on the way to Mongolia and back. A wonderful and responsive administrator Julia both helped us with advice around the city, was cheerful and hospitality. The horror of this hotel is breakfast. For the declared 5 stars, they are simply not suitable anywhere. Small choice, unclean tables, 2 people (servants) sitting behind the counter and doing nothing, absolutely indifferent and indiscriminate. In the second trip, no one warned us that breakfast was served on a preliminary request (imagine it!). We hurried to the airport and asked for the money back for breakfast - ”it is impossible, it is included in the residence.” Hotel managers urgently need to completely reconsider the breakfast issue, it spoils the general impression of the hotel.

When Aeroflot suddenly terminated their international flights on the 6th of March, and I decided to return to my family in Moscow, there was only one way to go - cross the border between Mongolia and go by bus 222 km to Ulan-Ude. I asked my wife to pick the best hotel in town, and this is the one she picked. Honestly, I am almost 100% sure there is nothing similar in this remote region just south of Baykal Lake. Very affordable, perfect clean and nicely decorated room, comfortable bed, tastefully designed bathroom and quiet both to street and between rooms. The hotel has good bars, restaurant and fitness with pool. Excellent kind and indeed service-minded staff. I told I was leaving in the morning before breakfast. No issue at all, did not even have to ask for breakfast box. I am already planning to bring my family here when we do our long awaited Moscow - Baykal SUV tour...

The hotel is located in a pedestrian street and has an exclusive parking lot. The parking lot is not very good, but it is safe. We stayed in a big bed room, the price was 1845 rubles, very reasonable, very comfortable to stay. There is a restaurant on the second floor.

2 nights here chosen and booked by our Trans Manchurian train agent. Very helpful English speaking staff who went out of their way to help. Very clean, and very central. Superb wifi. Breakfast slightly odd set up in a banquet hall with seemingly odd Luke warm food choices, but served its purpose.

The hotel is located in the center of the city, a lot of museums, shops and cafes. The room is clean, comfortable, there are all the petty things you need to live. The hotel staff are kind and attentive. Breakfast in the hotel is served in a beautiful hall with a view to the city from the 14th floor. From the rooms itself the view to the city is no longer very: the windows go to the Soviet five-storey and the street with constant traffic jams. The balconies in the rooms are not available.

For this price, very good. A few moments: parking near the building is constantly busy, but for the night there is an underground warm or behind the building on the street , where the places in the evening were.. Sound isolation suffers, the door is very thin. There's a teapot in the room - great, but there's only tea, no coffee. But I always have it with me. The lingerie smells a little unpleasant toi from powder, toi from air conditioner. But very clean. Breakfast in the ”Vysotsky” cafe on the menu, good. Staff polite and obstructive. From visiting in general positive emotions.

Had a night out. Very quiet hotel. Breakfast is great, price is very good. Comfortable rooms. Staff were wonderful and helpful. Easy to find. Check in and check out went smoothly without any problems. There is no elevator in the hotel but it is not a problem.
