On the last day of our trip, we spontaneously booked a room at this chain hotel, and it was a really great experience. The room was super clean, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, which was nice. The best part was the mini-fridge – it was spotless and had no weird smells, so we could store the fruits we wanted to take home. No worries about them spoiling if we bought them the night before! The amenities were very comfortable, and there's a parking lot right outside. Plus, it's really close to Hongshan Market. 🌹🌹🌹

I brought my friends to my hometown for a visit and chose to stay in the most familiar place from my childhood, the former ”Holiday Inn.” From my window, I could see the school I attended, the Xida Bridge I've crossed countless times, and the Ccmall built on the site of my grandma's old house. Every morning, before even heading out, I'd order Xinjiang's unique ”Chaballet.” Everything was close by for shopping, whether I walked or took a taxi. This hotel truly has a prime location that outsiders wouldn't understand. I'll definitely choose to stay here every time I return! The picture shows the Ancient Hotan-style pilaf from Hongqi Road, which I walked to. Highly recommend it!

The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. Check-in was very quick. The service was warm, the location was convenient for getting around, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely recommended!

Our family trip was fantastic! The twin room was spacious with large, comfortable beds – even my husband and child sharing one wasn't cramped at all. The room was bright and airy, and the air conditioning was almost silent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The entire room was impeccably clean, and all the amenities were well-stocked, showing great attention to detail. Overall, our stay was extremely comfortable, and we were very satisfied with our accommodation during our trip. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this Atour Hotel. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and every staff member we met was warm, friendly, and approachable. We were especially impressed by the security guard, who thoughtfully offered us drinks while we were waiting in the lobby for our transport. Such proactive hospitality made us feel truly welcomed. The counter staff were extremely helpful with our queries. I also loved the lobby, which was beautifully designed with a warm and relaxing atmosphere. It was a pleasant place to sit and unwind while waiting or simply taking a short break. The attention to cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding. The towels and drinking cups were individually packed in sealed bags, giving us added confidence in the hotel’s hygiene standards. The complimentary self-service laundry facilities, complete with washers, dryers, and steam irons, were a huge convenience, especially for longer stays. The nightly porridge supper was another thoughtful touch that added great value to our stay. We used it on the last stay after many days of Xinjiang food. The hotel’s location is excellent, with plenty of food options within walking distance, and it is easy to get around the city by Didi. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations with its excellent service, thoughtful amenities, cleanliness, and convenient location. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Urumqi.

The room was clean and odor-free, and getting around was incredibly convenient with bus stops all around. The front desk lady was beautiful and friendly, recommending some great places to visit and eat. The service was absolutely superb! This is truly the best hostel I've ever stayed at while traveling, and I highly recommend it to everyone. It's very close to the South Railway Station, only two kilometers away. The Grand Bazaar and the museum are also very nearby.

The front desk staff Xiao Ai service is warm and thoughtful [rose], the check-in and check-out efficiency is very high, and any questions can be answered patiently. Breakfast is slightly better than other trips in Urumqi. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom was separated from wet and dry, and there was no smell. The sound insulation effect is good, the rest is very quiet at night, the hot water supply is stable, and the Wi‑ Fi network speed is smooth. The hotel is conveniently located and it is very convenient to eat and shop around. Parking is also smooth, there is a location, very convenient and good. The public area is clean and tidy, and the overall decoration is simple and generous. The hotel's location is excellent, just a two-minute walk from CC. The room was clean and tidy, the service was superb, and it offered fantastic value for money. Five-star recommendation! The service was great! They even gave me a free room upgrade, which was a thoughtful touch. The breakfast was delicious. Every time I stay here, the staff are so welcoming, and all the front desk personnel are lovely. I really love this hotel. There are good restaurants downstairs, and it's close to where I like to go shopping. It has a nice, relaxed pace of life.

Pro: The room is clean and spacious with new style decorations. A convenience store just next door. Con: I stayed 4 nights, the staffs missing give me right amount of towels or coffee bags in two days. There was only one lift and running busy always, took time on waiting from early morning to mid-night.
