Clean, lovely staff, fantastic location and very spacious room! Breakfast very average… a shame, really, was expecting better from Spanish standards. Room extremely warm, there were two ceiling fans, but not ideal, bathroom didn’t have windows. Rooftop didn’t have a bar, they should make better use of it, as the views are gorgeous. Overall, a good stay in a top location, but could have been better.

Really great location to explore Valencia. Close to city hall and walking distance to most of the main sights and shopping areas. The hotel has many great eateries nearby! Room was clean and fresh looking. Bed comfortable and room was warm. Bathrooms varied between rooms- mine was ok, my friend had a tiny shower. Overall a great place to stay.

Great value, great staff, perfect neighborhood steps to the most impressive town square and bakeries. Could use a bit better sound insulation and some units have wall views but this leads to the good value for money. This is a handover your key to the desk place. I would happily stay again.

Very centrally located for the city, Metro and Valencia Nord Station. The reception staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful. The rooms were simple but clean and tidy. Rooftop terrace for views a bonus.

The property is right in the centre of the town, not far from the town hall. It is pedestrianised sq. easy to get to other sight.

This small hotel is very well situated to explore central Valencia. We walked everywhere. There are a plethora of restaurants nearby. The hotel has a rooftop terrace which is a great place to enjoy the sunset ( you take your own drinks up.) Our room was cozy, clean and quiet. The bathroom was teeny, sort of reminded us of being on a ship, but all functioned well. There is a lift. Small breakfast room- we signed up for a time to take breakfast on arrival- fairly standard breakfast options. Parking is at a ***** garage nearby. Wonderful desk staff.

The position of the hotel was excellent. Very kind and friendly those at the reception.The bedside table and wardrobe were dusty. Anyway we enjoyed the stay!

Nice hotel with excellent location. In the middle of "everything" within walking distance. A fridge and a small safe in the room was missing though. Aircondition was limited during day/night, but there was a fan in the ceiling. Nice, helpful staff.
