The great experience started at the time we stepped in through the door; We had an early flight so we have to wait our room some time. During that, hotel offered some Cava and other refreshments. Same great treatment continued the rest of our one week visit. The staff is absolutely pro and the Hotel is one of the best we have visited, very clean and quiet and the breakfast is best in town. Location is very good, and if you needed a taxi, the guys in the lobby were handling it over. Very strong recommendation.

This is a fantastic hotel for a long weekend break. Very friendly staff, quiet and comfortable rooms and ideally situated for the old town. The spa was great, too. Highly recommended. The staff were very good at recommending other places to visit, not least an Irish pub round the corner when we wanted to watch the Euro 22 final. All in all, this is a place with a very good vibe. The prices are reasonable for a hotel of this quality.

The furniture in the hotel room, the bathroom is really old. Always feel that the service staff is not professional enough, as a 5 star hotel should be well trained. Because during the epidemic, the swimming pool has to be reserved, the swimming pool reception is a bit rude. Unsuitable guests come to swim, sometimes because the number of people is full, even in-house guests can not use the swimming pool. I feel that the hotel is not very suitable for this arrangement. There is also a little bit of update in the hotel, such as changing carpets, brushing the wall near the hotel elevator, if construction, some rooms should be closed and not booked, but the hotel does not seem to have a plan at all, the whole corridor is gray, arrange the guests to take the freight ladder. In short, I feel that this hotel is like a five-star appearance, and the service management is really not very good.

It was expensive, but so worth it. Everything was great, from service and location to beauty of hotel itself, the room, the terrace and views, the bathroom, the Guerlain hair and body products, the Pancracio chocolate-covered walnuts in super-cute candy boxes at turndown service, the free mini-bar and waters, the valet service ... just such exquisite attention to detail and the kind of hotel experience that is very hard to come by these days -- that is, not corporate, but rather, sort-of, well, royal. The in-room breakfast was delicious and overabundant. A perfect getaway, be it for a night or a longer stay. The only thing I would do differently next time is bring my own pillow, because I wasn't completely comfortable with the bed pillow shape/firmness. The bed itself was very comfortable. Whole-heartedly recommend.

The location is superb. You can definitely see the sunrise on the sea in the morning. There is no obstruction. The sandy beaches outside are also very beautiful and well maintained. But the hotel facilities are a bit old, the bathroom rooms are relatively small, but there seems to be no better option. This is already the most expensive hotel in the entire area. Things are delicious. After all, Valencia, the birthplace of paella, is better overall than Barcelona.

My adult son and I travelled to Valencia from Benidorm by bus to go to the burning of the Fallas 'La Crema'. The hotel was great for the bud station as it's next door and there's a taxi rank outside, as well as a huge shopping mall with an El Corte Inglés opposite. However during La Crema, roads into the city centre are all closed so we had to walk everywhere and by the end of the Two days we were absolutely done in. It's a hood half hour walk across the old river bed to get into the main city. If I ever went to the fallas again I'd stay in the centre for sure. However the Turia itself is decent - great bathroom with soap and shampoo and a little balcony. Biggest issue for me was no kettle - I was dying for a cuppa in room! But aside from that it was clean and comfortable! Valencia is a beautiful city and if you are there outside of the Fallas fiesta it's s great location as we would have jumped in a taxi to town.

The hotel has a great location. Within 15 minutes of walk you’re in the beautiful city centre of Valencia. All the other places to see are within 15 minutes by bike or even less with electric scooter. The area Russafa is filled with many good places to eat. The hotel staff is very friendly and help you with everything you need. Breakfast was good, restaurant staff also works hard to keep everything maintained. Stayed here for 5 nights. The hotel is very central (next to Turin Gardens) you could walk to most places of interest in 15/20 minutes, the beach is a bit further away, but there is a bus stop 60 yards from the hotel, the bus takes about 25 minutes at a cost of 1.50 euro each way. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful if you needed advice or information. The breakfast was a buffet continental style which was plentiful and of good quality, there was also bacon and scrambled eggs. There was some renovations ongoing at the time of our stay, but there was no noise and it did not impact or stay, the only downside was because of the renovations the bar was closed hence 4 stars instead of 5. I would have no problem recommending this hotel or returning. We took the metro from the airport to metro station Colon which took about 25 minutes at a cost of 3 euro, from Colon it's about an 8 minute walk to the hotel.

The Palace is in an historical building of Valencia: already form the outside the hotel look very interesting. We booked the rooms and the hotel was very helpful in giving us a room close to each other’s. The rooms overlooked a narrow street of Valencia with a bar that unfortunately sometimes was a little bit noisy in the night…but this is not a fault of the hotel. The location is top: you can discover Valencia on foot without problems also Ciudad de Sciencies and the Oceanografic can be reached in 40-45 minutes on foot with a walk on the “Turia”. The room was great in line with a 4 stars hotel what I really enjoyed was the room size that in historical building sometimes are very small. Also bathroom was top with a walk in shower. Breakfast also great with a large choice of food and Nespresso Coffee machine. I strongly recommend this hotel if you want to visit discover Valencia that is an AMAZING city (PS: Close to the hotel there is the tourism office always helpful with tourists!).

I read comments from someone who complained about everything that if the elevators were slow, if the air conditioning if there was little hygiene…. Let's see, I'm not saying that there can't be a specific case, but for example, it seemed great to me, for the weekend I've been. As there are more than 12 floors, it is normal for the elevators to stop like in El Corte Inglés, but nothing is a problem, perfect hygiene, the bathroom accessories are all fabulous. The weather was more than enough, we are in August with a heat wave and I have slept with a sabanita…. There is a children's games service, the pool without anyone grilling you in case you have something to drink there, the parking directly to the room and the cafeteria in the hall is a luxury. So for my part I would return and if it helps you I think you will not regret it.

The apartments are located right in the middle of the old part of Valencia. There are lots of nice bars and restaurants within 10 minutes walk in all directions. When you arrive you should head to the Helen Berger Hotel round the corner. Luckily we called ahead and were told this beforehand. They gave us a number to what's app any questions which was really convenient. An iron was brought round and the hotel stored our bags on the day we checked out. The building decoration is clean and modern. Our apartment had a bedroom and a pull put double sofa bed. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment, glasses and cutlery. We didn't cook much but it was nice to be able to bring food back and have things in the fridge. I loved Valencia and would definitely stay in the apartments again. It was really good value for money and perfect for our family holiday

We stayed at the hotel for 2 days with 2 adults and 2 children (ages 6 and 9). Because the kids like Harry Potter, I asked for that room in advance via Booking.com. I got a response right away to confirm and when we arrived the kids were very happy with the room. The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful (both in advance via chat and at the moment of our stay). We were early to check in and our room wasn’t ready so we could leave our luggage in their luggage room that’s next to the front desk. The room was big enough for what we needed. Some features were a bit outdated and could use a bit of an upgrade (for example the old showerhead or some yellow spots around the air-conditioning) but that didn’t bother us so much. The fact that it was very clean made up for the flaws. Breakfast was perfect as well. There was enough choice of fruit, pastries, bread, coffees, eggs… There was also enough for everyone. If something was out, the staff immediately brought out more. We would absolutely recommend this hotel when doing a city trip to Valencia. It’s in the heart of the old town and very close to the metro-stop Xativa and a few bus stops.

A very pleasant hotel, literally just a couple of steps away from the Cathedral and far enough away not to hear any night time noise. All the staff, without exception, were delightful and genuine. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was good quality and the weather was so good that it was a joy to sit on the sunny roof terrace watching the swifts swoop over the red tiles of aged buildings and laugh at them narrowly avoiding the rich variety of bell towers (almost like a mini Florence!) The roof terrace is in two sections: one with sofas, tables and chairs where you have breakast, then an indoor bar and seating area and then the other smaller terrace with extending chairs and the plunge pool. Quite honestly, it's not a swimming pool, it's really a very cold plunge pool but lovely on a boiling hot day! The premium bedroom was well equipped and no doubt great, if you have small children and need a kitchen but oh dear, it's painted in an awful depressing prison-like mix of greys, beiges and blacks without a hint of colour, in fact lying in bed you face vertical bars hiding the kitchenette. (Wonder why the TV wasn't put there instead of the bars) There's a pretty tiny balcony but prob too small to sit on and the TV is nowhere near the bed so you have to sit on the sofa at an angle to watch it. So the positives: the wonderful staff, the quality of the food, the excellent location, the attractive roof terrace. The negatives: smoking on the roof terrace seems to be allowed, carpet outside the bedrooms needs a really good clean (or replace it with a patterned one or distract the eye, by hanging some colourful paintings on the wall), the very bland bedroom needs a splash of colour and maybe a white ceiling to brighten it up a bit! Plus something to give the hotel and bedrooms a bit of character and warmth - apart from the fab terrace, it didn't feel very Spanish, more 1990's Boho NY! Still, aside from the decor, I was pretty happy and would stay again.

The hotel Cosy Rooms Bolseria is hidden in a one way alley in a central location in Valencia. If you don’t pay attention you may actually miss it. The reception is very welcoming, with vintage furniture and wooden beams showcasing a traditional style of old buildings in Valencia. Room is small but clean, with red brick wall and a simple toilet but fully equipped: clean towels, shampoo, body gel, body lotion, hair dryer, etcetera. The highlight is definitely the jacuzzi at the rooftop. When we arrived, we were a bit disappointed at first, since it was covered, however we kindly asked the staff who helped us to remove the protective cover and to turn the jacuzzi on. We enjoyed it alone overlooking the Valencia rooftops. Not the best view over the city skyline, but good enough to relax. The water in the jacuzzi was not warm, however given the summer heat it was good enough. Don’t expect any service at the rooftop though, so bring your own towels (or from the room) and drinks if you want to enjoy your time there.

The positive thing is the location: very close to the cathedral, the central market ... excellent location. Valencia is well walking so this hotel is good to move easily and reach the places to visit. It is a hotel for those who are satisfied and are not claiming much; fortunately the room was quite clean and, above all, I had no chests in my bed or scarfs, which I feared after reading the reviews of other travelers. The bathroom is completely re-realized, the shower is open without tents so if you use the bathroom is flooding. I have not used it. nice staff. I don't think I'll come back to this hotel, it should be completely renewed, but my vote is enough for the central position.

Fantastic place to stay! Centrally located, very close to the Plaza de la virgen, but in a very quiet street and so just seconds from bars and restaurants, and the cathedral. Lovely, spacious apartment. Very clean. Bathroom stocked with a good selection of toiletries, and a hairdryer too. Good WiFi. Very friendly staff - the receptionist was very helpful. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at the hotel San Lorenzo boutique hotel was 2 years in the making, because of covid we had to delay our stay 3 times and each time the hotel would accommodate the new dates hassle free. The hotel is situated down a predestined area so no traffic rumbling past. As the name suggests, boutique, meaning small. The reception is small and from there it a lift or stairs to the upper floors, the hotel is central to all the attractions, cafes, bars and restaurants. The hotel itself was basic but clean and maintained to a very good level, our room overlooked the street and I can say there was very little noise. The room had every we needed including a large bath tub in the main bedroom and a shower in the bathroom. We had a maid every day who would come in and tidy, replace towels etc. The room also had a safe (free if charge) and a fridge, breakfast was next door in the hotel's cafe. Unfortunately this wasn't a great experience and I will leave it at that, all in all I was disappointed given the hotel is a 3 star. And we had a comfortable stay, I would stay here again. Staff were very helpful and polite

Primus Valencia well placed for both old town and beach. Lovely bar area outside with great waiters who really looked after us. Gorgeous breakfast, plenty of choice for everyone. Very good aircon, necessary in August. Lifts a tad slow, had to wait quite a while around breakfast time and no stairs. Reception staff friendly. I accidentally left quite a bit of Lindt chocolate in the fridge after checkout, remembered a few hours later and couldn't believe that the cleaner had handed it in and the hotel had kept it for me. Was a fabulous supermarket close by with the biggest selection of Lindt I've ever seen. A lovely stay!

I was afraid to book due to the various negative reviews but instead, excellent hotel, clean, quiet, kind at reception, coffee and tea offered from the machine and waffles in the room with snacks offered. A 20-minute walk from the Ciudades de las Artes or Ruzafa. If you travel by taxi, you save something to go to Playa del Pinedo or to the airport. In any case, it is also in a good position on foot. Excellent.

Camere molto grandi e visivamente belle, i letti erano comodissimi, anche se non ci sono le prese elettriche accanto ad essi. Staff gentile e sempre disponibile ma non conosce l'inglese. Cibo a volte ottimo (soprattutto la colazione) ma a volte pessimo (un mio conoscente si è sentito male per della carne servita a cena xd), servizio in camera sempre presente. Unica pecca, il bar: i cocktail costano troppo, il biliardino e gli scacchi sono vecchi di 50 anni, e il wifi non prende in alcuni punti.

We stayed here for a week as I was attending and international conference and this was one of the recommended hotels from the conference organisers. A two-star hotel but with an amazing restaurant, Sabbia who provide excellent food and free evening cabarets with your evening meals. The rooms are clean and airy, the hotel staff are excellent and very helpful. The location is on the beach, bust stops close by. Perfect. The only downside is the disco further round the bay which does not close down until 4 am. Even with the windows and shutters closed you can still here the bass drum music.
