Lovely staff and service. Cozy, beautifully decorated rooms. Our Room a bit smelly due to the water pipes, airing out helped though. All in all in can absolutely recommend this hotel. ***** stars

Excellent property for the price. We included breakfast which had a very good selection. Easy to walk in to Valencia old town. The only down side is that it says there is a bar but it isn't open in the evening although a lovely local bar is just across the square

Lovely modern room. Exceptionally quiet but very close to the old city and the Botanic Gardens. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel. The receptionist Natalia was very helpful, spoke good English and provided us with all the recommendations we were looking for. The hotel location is perfect, close to many restaurants and historic center. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and were pleased with the private parking in a very short walking distance from the hotel. Comfortable, king size bed, clean room, great shower...everything you need to feel like home.

Hotel is in an excellent location being a 10 minute walk to the cathedral. Room itself was stylish and suitable for a family. Just some details looking a little tired arround the edges with i wouls expect the decoration being a couple of years old. Definitely nothing significant and nick pickers could raise item.
However, I left feeling disappointed as my son was hit on the head by a peice of trim that feel off the wall while he was in bed. This was the night of departure. He was not injured badly more shaken but this left me with a poor impression of the room and hotel.

It is in a more residential and quieter neighborhood, but close to the Metro and only 1 metro stop from the large downtown plaza.

I was surprised to see any negative reviews regarding this hotel as it was absolutely fabulous! The room was the perfect size for the length of our stay and the decor was beautiful. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was great. We stayed for three nights and had breakfast on one morning. The breakfast was fantastic value, but my only grievance was that they didn’t ask us if we had finished before they started clearing away and shutting down the coffee machine, which was a shame as it was meant to continue until 10:30. This certainly didn’t affect my experience though, it was still wonderful. The location of the hotel is also amazing. It is at the heart of the old town very close to everything you’d want to see. It is a nice and steady walk to the beach and it took us just over an hour. However, there are plenty of taxis available! Thank you in particular to the very friendly staff at reception, we loved talking to you and you made us feel so at home!
