First I will mention the good things: The staff were welcoming and friendly. The rooms is spotless with fresh decor. All the finishes were lovely.
Now the bad (which will only apply to a select few). We requested a wheelchair accessible room at the time of the reservation. When we arrived, we were assured that there was a walk in shower. The shower is behind the bathroom door which opens inward. There is no room for any wheelchair to get to where they can make a transfer from a chair other than with a full 180 degree turn. There is no room to turn the chair to the sink and there is absolutely no way to fit the chair around the door to take a shower. The room was very tiny and to even have the wheelchair in the room, it had to be at the foot of the bed and to get around it to use the bathroom at all was a challenge. Fortunately, our wheelchair user can walk short distances and was able to manage. If you think I am exaggerating, I am attaching photos. Also, there were no washcloths-only a large hand towel and a (very nice) large shower towel.
