Hotel Russo Palace

The experience at this hotel has been extremely disappointing. We have been facing several issues since morning: 1. Wi-Fi Issues: There is no Wi-Fi signal in our room. When we reported this, we were given the standard response that a technician would only be available tomorrow, which is quite inconvenient. 2. Lighting Problems: Upon returning to our room, we found that the lights were not working. Again, the response from the staff was simply “sorry,” with no immediate action taken. 3. Poor Quality Blankets: The blankets provided are of very poor quality, resembling those found in a lodge rather than a hotel. They are mismatched in color, adding to the overall unpleasantness. Additionally, the room size is extremely small and uncomfortable. It also seems that the staff are unwilling to listen to any complaints or feedback. I even felt a sense of discrimination in the way customers were attended to, which is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please consider other options before booking here.

酒店離主要碼頭有點遠，要行十幾廿十分鐘，坐巴士就要等，唔算好密。有一個近的碼頭但不是常用的 所以用不上。早餐不錯，服務員也很貼心，值得一讚！反而check-in時那位應該是屋主就一般般。房間訂了3天，第二日早上冇熱水！要用冷水沖涼！凍到病😑 房間嘅相都美圖得太過份😅

Αν έρθετε στη Βενετία για το φεστιβάλ κινηματογράφου δεν μπορείτε να βρείτε τίποτα καλύτερο. Αν έρχεστε να επισκεφθείτε την πόλη πρέπει να λάβετε υπόψη σας το βαπορέτο για κάθε ταξίδι γιατί το Lido είναι λίγο απομονωμένο. Το ξενοδοχείο δεν είναι πολύ μοντέρνο, αλλά είναι ένα αποδεκτό 4 αστέρων. Αξίζει την τιμή και θα επέστρεφα

100 ευρώ για ένα δίκλινο δωμάτιο με πρωινό στη Βενετία δεν είναι κακό. Καθαρές εγκαταστάσεις, φιλικοί ιδιοκτήτες. Θα πρότεινα να εκμεταλλευτείτε τους εξωτερικούς χώρους για να πάρουν πρωινό. Το βαπορέτο είναι προσβάσιμο με τα πόδια σε λίγα λεπτά με τα πόδια κατά μήκος της παραλίας. Θα έμενα εδώ ξανά
