"We arrived a bit early to check in, but were denied by the front desk staff. We asked if we could use the restroom, it was also denied. The staff said the restroom was closed. We asked if we could get a ground floor room because we have bikes, she said they don't have the ground floor available. We got the room on the 2nd floor, but there is no elevator on site. We stayed there for two nights, some people were running, yelling, screaming at night in the hallway, very noisy. No housekeeping removes trash, no fan in the bathroom. However, the room was clean when we were checking in and spacious."

Holiday Inn Express & Suites VERNON by IHG

"Pretty dated and not very well maintained. The phone in our room was dead. Water seemed to be leaking out from the bottom of bathtub. Upside was a good size Queen bed. The breakfast spread was very basic; toast, pancake, coffee, apple juice, oatmeal, milk and yogurt."

"Περνούσε καλά η διαμονή μας εδώ. Υπερβολικά φιλικό και χρήσιμο προσωπικό. Παρήχθη ένα εξαιρετικό πρωινό και η νεαρή εργαζόμενη ήρθε να προσφέρει φρέσκα ωάρια πριν τα βάλει στο συρτάρι στο μπουφέ. Πολύ ευγενικό. Η πισίνα ήταν καθαρή και ζεστή και η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου μας δούλεψε καλά."

"Great location with a Denny's restaurant attached. Building is older however and there is no elevator. The king sized beds are super comfortable and the rooms are clean and well furnished. Would have given more stars if they allowed people to collect the rewards points when booking through a 3rd party website but they do not allow this according to the lady who checked me in. All around, nice stay, very quiet and comfortable. Will be back for sure."

"Η πλειονότητα των εργαζομένων ήταν εξαιρετική, προσφέροντας καλή φιλική/ειλικρινής υπηρεσία και φιλοξενώντας - μας άφηνε ακόμη και λίγο περισσότερο χρόνο. " περιοχή της κουζίνας ήταν πάντα αποθηκευμένη και καθαρή!! Ωστόσο, οι εγκαταστάσεις χρειάζονται προσοχή/συντήρηση και απαιτούνται αναβάθμιση (λουτρά με μαύρο καπάκι και ντύσιμο, λείπει πισίνα στο μπάνιο, σχισμένο κρεβάτι, κουρτίνες στο διάδρομο και ένα από τα δωμάτια που έχει κλείσει η οικογένειά μας). Θα μπορούσα να δω το ξενοδοχείο να κάνει κάποια δουλειά, καθώς τα μεταλλικά δοχεία αποθηκεύτηκαν έξω από το κτίριο και οι πηγές του κρεβατιού μάζεψαν έξω από το βεράντα - αυτό ήταν ορατό από την περιοχή του φαγητού, που ήταν κάπως παράξενο να βλέπουμε τα παλιά κρεβάτια ενώ τρώγαμε πρωινό!"

"Ωραίο και άνετο ξενοδοχείο! Η μικρή κουζίνα ήταν πραγματικά ωραία, ειδικά για τις οικογένειες που ταξιδεύουν. Περιοχή είναι μεγάλη καθώς είναι κοντά στο σούπερ μάρκετ και ένα σωρό άλλα γρήγορα τρόφιμα."
