For Chinese people who are used to drinking hot water and eating warm meals, after being "tortured" by all the cold bread and cold salads in the Swiss German-speaking region, it’s such a relief to finally be able to buy cold food from the supermarket, take it back to the room, and heat it up before eating. Haha... The bathroom facilities are a bit old. The air conditioner seems to be retrofitted too, so it has a separate remote control instead of being controlled by a panel on the wall. The breakfast is quite simple with not a lot of options. If you want coffee, you need to ask the waiter, and they’ll brew a pot separately."

"Overall, the property was good. The room was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. However, there was an issue with the door code system at check-in. The code is sent by email, but it should be clearly stated that the same code is used to open both the building’s main entrance door and the room door. This was not explained properly and caused unnecessary confusion upon arrival. If this detail is clarified, the overall experience would be much smoother."

"The room is clean, pretty small, location is good, about 10 mins walk from the train station. The downside is the water from the tap takes a very long time to become warm, so my hands developed frostnip just after one night stay. The food in the restaurant is very nice, recommended."
