I put you 5 points, though if you could put you more because it is a super well located place where the rooms are spectacular and even if it was only one night we spent there the attention was perfect and amazing. This is the best resort in the world, at least where I've been. The grounds are wonderful, even a little farm with goats, and we even picked fresh figs there. The rooms are great. We splurged on the very best suite, the Suite Romani! It was not that expensive. It came with free Aire spa every day, which is wonderful, and free breakfast in our package. The breakfast buffet is the best I've had. The two other restaurants for lunch and dinner are 5 star! Our suite had two floors connected by a spiral staircase, a living room, a 4 poster bed, and a huge private patio! The staff were so nice!

Would be handy for the circuit if gate 3 at the track was in use. Only gate 1 open in my visit - 30+ minutes walk. Hotel is in an industrial area,there is a petrol station with a well stocked food store about 5 minutes walk.

Just returned from a week stay at the hotel. The hotel is super clean and offers a gd bfast. However I hate to say that we r soo disappointed with the approach of the receptionists. We r a family of 5 ... 2 adults and 3 kids and thus had 2 interconnecting rooms. By mistake one of the kids locked one of the rooms with the chain and thus could not open the door. We asked the receptionists (2 young ladies) to help us out. After something like an hour waiting they told us that the maintence guy cannot be reached. We asked for a scew driver to unscrew the chain and they told us with have to give our visa no as these were d instructions. Of course we refused and after another hr or so, I had to reexplain that I had imp medication in the room and couldn't no spend the night outside without it. Only then did one of the them decide to come up and see my husband unlock the chain in 2 mins! No apologies nothing.... On another day we asked how we can get to some funpark with kids. Since we didn't have a car they told us that it is practically impossible. It is clear they (once again the 2 ladies) have no idea.... Absolutely.... How to inform clients how to get there. We had to ask locals to help us.... And we managed Illa fun park and also Porta Avventura with no hassle at all using a train! Unbelievable. When we needed a taxi a helpful receptionist, Marc always called for us and the taxi came in no time. However when we asked the same 2 receptionists.... They wanted to give us the number of the driver and we had to call. Im so sorry to complain however I believe that the receptionists have to have basic manners and information skills to direct their clients in a decent manner. The situation was so hilarious that sometimes I thought they were playing some joke on us😶

My friends and I, have just returned from a great week riding our bikes in Lapoma bike park. We booked the Sorli Emocions Hotel direct for our 7 night stay and my goodness we absolutely loved it. Right from the moment we arrived Mirium on reception was so friendly and made us feel so welcome. The rooms were spotless and the beds are very comfortable , the rainfall shower was an absolute God send after the days jumping bikes. The breakfast was also perfect and the fresh orange juice was the best I've ever had. A great selection of fruit, yogurts, breads, pastries,meats and cheese Also as much Coffee as you want. The swimming pool was small but more than enough for a refreshing dip morning and evening..
