The perfect exterior of this villa is prepared to enjoy with all your companions the tranquillity of the nature of Mallorca. With a chlorine pool measuring 8x4 metres and a depth of 2 metres, it is ideal for a refreshing swim in the hot summer. The swimming pool is surrounded by a well-kept lawn where you will find sun loungers where you can sunbathe. Next to the porch you will find the barbecue where you can prepare dinner outdoors thanks to the tables and chairs provided in the porch. In the rustic interior of the villa, distributed over 2 floors, there is a living room with a large sofa where you can relax during the afternoon. The ceramic hob kitchen, equipped with all the necessary utensils for cooking during your stay, has a table where you can eat with your companions. To complete the ground floor, there is the first bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, A/C and an en-suite bathroom with shower.

This property's exteriors are ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. In the beautiful garden, filled with fruit trees and native plants, you will find the wonderful private chlorine swimming pool, with dimensions of 8 x 4 m and a depth range of between 1.14 and 1.70 m. Around it, there are sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing, a barbecue area and a porch with a large table, where you will surely enjoy unforgettable meals or fun moments while having a drink at the end of the day with your companions. The property is fenced and, although there are some neighbours in the area, privacy is almost total. The interior of the two-storey property is designed to offer you the rest and comfort you deserve. On the main floor there is a large living-dining room equipped with AC and Smart TV, a separate kitchen with gas hob and all the utensils to cook comfortably and an outdoor bathroom with shower. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are two bedrooms, both with AC. One of them has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, while the other has two single beds. On this floor there is another separate bathroom with shower. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair. Here you will also find a wide variety of bars and restaurants where you can sample the flavours of the region and discover unique products. Wine lovers will also find numerous wine cellars where they can taste the local wines. For those looking to enjoy nature, Puig de Maria is an unmissable option. This mountain offers a panoramic hike to its summit, from where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding area. It is also home to an ancient monastery, which is worth exploring. Ca na Jero is a very quiet and private house, surrounded by high hedges and lovely open country views towards the Puig Maria mountain. It has a family friendly garden with plenty of lawns and space for relaxing or children’s play.The house is comfortable and welcoming, with beamed ceilings, terracotta tiled floors and dark wood furniture but it is also light and modern with white walls and neutral colours.The lounge and dining room is light and bright with arched windows, it has two sofas, a wood burning stove, satellite tv, dvd and cd stereo. There is a large and square kitchen with white units and a circular dining table and chairs.
