Το δωμάτιο είναι λίγο παλιό, το κρεβάτι με μέγεθος βασίλισσας, το μπάνιο είναι πολύ παλιό, φαίνεται πριν από δεκαετίες."

"In general, it’s a bad experience of staying this hotel. Won’t come back anymore unless there are improvements. Pros: room is spacious and good location for a stopover. Cons: I stayed in room #105. 1. Poor lighting at the living room area and the front door area. Only the lighting in bathroom is bright. 2. Very noisy that I wasn’t able to sleep at all. Non stop noises from the upstairs and neighbors. Especially the sound of toilet flushing. Was like several minutes a loud flushing of toilet at around 3:20am onwards. The sound of toilet flushing of my room is also very loud. 3. The receptionist at the evening forgot to add comments of late checkout of my booking. The next day when I back to hotel for packing but the door card was expired. But the receptionist in the day time helped me to figure out."

"I canceled my reservation hours after booking on Trip.com. The room was released and I requested a refund from the hotel, they referred me to the booking app I used. My refund was refused. The property may be lovely or may be horrible, I don’t know. The site I booked with presented the reservation as cancelable so I chose this option. I have learned the app presents reservations as cancelable and buries the NON-refundable part in the fine print. Buyer beware and do not reserve with Trip.com if you want to stay here."
