"Hotel was standard, bath so shallow you can barely relax in it… I called the hotel at 10.30pm to complain about guests being so noisy keeping us awake. They offered us to move rooms but we couldn’t as I had one child asleep and the other child couldn’t sleep…they refused to knock in the people’s door to ask them to keep the noise down. I think it’s absolutely disgusting that we were the ones who were asked to move rooms when we were not the ones keeping others awake!! I expected more from a hotel but clearly they don’t care!! I complained in the morning but they just shrugged it off!!"

Only 4 disabled parking bays and not enough 'other' bays! Swimming pool small, gym large,"

"Hotel is a mixture of old and new parts. We were in the original part of the hotel which was very nice, very large bathroom, nice bedroom with air con. The down side was that there was not a lift available and the steps on the stairs to the top floor bedrooms were quite narrow, but overall a lovely hotel with two car parks and the food was very nice. Would definitely stop there again."

"We were happy with our stay. Breakfast was good, Yvonne(?) Breakfast lady very good. Lady who checked us in and was at the bar at times was hit and miss; she could be pleasant or quite rude. Told her the chips we bought at the bar were out of date and inedible and she just brushed us off. No apology, no replacement, quite an odd response really. One night, after 10pm, there were children running up and down the corridor whilst their parents drank in the bar. May be a good idea that the doors to the corridor are closed so bar noise doesn't come through. Room was clean and had everything we needed."

"As an individual traveler, I appreciate the hotel's proximity to my office, which is only a 10-minute walk. The hotel provides excellent amenities, including a microwave and refrigerator, which is fantastic. However, I was disappointed by the limited parking, the fact that some restaurants are closed on Tuesdays, and the non-functional sockets in my room, which prevented me from using the fridge, charging my devices, and even using the kettle. On the bright side, the staff is incredibly friendly. Vikas and a kind lady whose name I didn't catch were both very helpful in resolving the socket issue."

"Μόλις γύρισα από μια διαμονή δύο νύχτων σε αυτό το όμορφο ξενοδοχείο και το έχω ήδη συστήσει σε φίλους. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι αυθαίρετο, το προσωπικό είναι τόσο φιλικό και δεν μπορεί να κάνει αρκετά για να βοηθήσει. Μια κραυγή στον Ντάνι, την Ντέιζι στο μπαρ & Ιωάννη στο ρεσεψιονίστ (με έναν άλλο κύριο που δεν τον γνωρίζαμε) και όλα τα άλλα μέλη του προσωπικού που συναντηθήκαμε. Παραμείναμε στο δωμάτιο του Trebuchet, το οποίο είναι όμορφο. Το κουρείο, το σαμπουάν, κλπ είναι τόσο ωραίο. Μπορείτε να αγοράσετε αυτό στο ξενοδοχείο που ξέχασα να κάνω! Ο ανεμιστήρας και το ραδιόφωνο που ήταν σε θέση να μπουν στο δωμάτιο ήταν μια καλή κίνηση. Το κρεβάτι είναι ένα από τα πιο άνετα κρεβάτια που μπορώ να πω ότι έχω κοιμηθεί ποτέ! Μια ιδανική βάση με τόση ιστορία για να εξερευνήσω τον Γουόρικ. - Πολύ καλά."
