"Έχω διαβάσει πολλά σχόλια τώρα και δεν μπορώ να καταλάβω πώς να αξιολογήσω αυτό το ξενοδοχείο μόνο προσεγγίζοντας με λιγότερο από 4 αστέρια ! Το ξενοδοχείο είναι υπέροχο ! Και τα μεμονωμένα διαμερίσματα στα εξωτερικά σπίτια (που θα μπορούσαμε να ανταλλάξουμε εύκολα για ένα δωμάτιο στο σπίτι) και ολόκληρη την εγκατάσταση, το ξενοδοχείο, όλα! Εδώ έχει δώσει τόσο μεγάλη προσπάθεια στον ιδιοκτήτη και έχει βάλει μια πραγματικά μεγάλη ιδέα ή μια μεγάλη εγκατάσταση στα πόδια του! Το προσωπικό του ολόκληρου του σπιτιού είναι απίστευτα ωραία και πρόωρα! Το πρωινό έχει όλα όσα χρειάζεστε και είναι συνεχώς φρέσκο και διαφορετικό! Όποια και αν είναι η περιοχή υγιεινής, οι εγκαταστάσεις ή τα δωμάτια, όλα είναι καθαρά και σύγχρονα, αισθάνεσαι πολύ καλά Ταξιδεύουμε πολύ παγκόσμια και αυτό το ξενοδοχείο έχει μια υπέροχη απόδοση τιμής! Το γεγονός ότι πρέπει να περιμένετε λίγο, ή το δωμάτιο πρωινού είναι λίγο πιο γεμάτο, για να αξιολογήσετε κάτι τέτοιο ως «κακό» δεν είναι κατανοητό για μένα! Ευχαριστώ όλους τους υπαλλήλους και τον ιδιοκτήτη για το όμορφο Σαββατοκύριακο!"

"To escape the high hotel prices in Potsdam, I looked around the countryside and hit the Country Inn directly at the A10, departure Phöben,. Don't regret the choice. In the evening and in the night until 4:00, you check in via an automate. It goes quite easy. The room was bright, spacious and clean. Parking was enough in the courtyard. A restaurant is in front. "

"Μας επιτρέπουν να γιορτάσουμε το καλοκαίρι της εταιρείας μας με περίπου 130 άτομα στην αυλή του αφέντη του ιππότη. Τροφίμων, ποτών και υπηρεσιών - όλα είναι πολύ καλά. Είμαστε χαρούμενοι που θα επιστρέψουμε οποιαδήποτε στιγμή. Οι καλεσμένοι μας έχουν μείνει στο Hotel Zum Rittmeister. Πολύ ωραία δωμάτια, πολύ καθαρά, πολύ ήσυχα, εν μέρει με κλιματισμό."

"Well we have accidentally booked the wrong hotel - I am American and booked it, but we were planning to stay at a hotel with the same name in Austria. By the time we arrived , we saw the reservation was wrong . We called to apologize and cancel and see if maybe we could get at least a partial refund ( there's nothing to clean, no food needed etc etc) Anyways: I called to try and talk to someone. The guy at the hotel says: oh I don't speak English. Doesn't try to get anybody or whatever and hangs up. Then a few minutes later my wife, the German, call and talk to him. VERY RUDE PERSON! he does not let her finish my sentence , says no thats not us , we are Mohr Hotel ... She said : yea exactly that's what I was trying to say ! You have a reservation in our name for four people correct? He goes: oh JA! So she apologizes and try to explain the whole thing - and he just literally flips her off, doesn't let her finish her sentence again, he does not negotiate and just says: well.. too late, not my fault. And then again ( she’s being very very polite!!) he doesn't let her finish her sentence, just denies and then hangs up on her while she’s talking. THE RUDEST PERSON I'VE EVER TALKED TO AT ANY HOTEL. we're still waiting on email response, but they don't seem to care at all. Very sad! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. WORST SERVICE IN MY LIFE."
