"The hotel room A/C was broken in room 313 so it never turns off, it just keeps running day and night. The beds are so small and very noisy when you sit or lay down on them. The breakfast was the worst I've ever been to. There was no fresh eggs to make or fresh bread. The hotel staff are nice but the hotel room and breakfast are completely lousy and I would not return."

The hotel responded with they would not change the date. Never will I use this hotel. Buyer beware. Not-our-problem attitude. Will not use trip.com again, either.
