"Η πρώτη νύχτα που δεν μπορούσα να κλείσω την σκιά, έμεινα ξύπνιος για το μεγαλύτερο μέρος της νύχτας επειδή υπήρχαν αυτοκίνητα και μια πίστα φωτός που λάμπει στο παράθυρο μου. Ο υπάλληλος μου είπε ψέματα ότι ο συντηρητικός θα διορθώσει το πρόβλημα το επόμενο πρωί... και πάλι έπρεπε να αντέξω τα φώτα στο δωμάτιό μου. Το προσωπικό μου είπε ότι τα άλλα δωμάτια είχαν και σπασμένους σκιές... υποθέτω ότι θα υπήρχε ένα δωμάτιο με αναπηρία... το παρθένο ενός με αναπηρία ήταν ένα ντους με νερό και μια μικρή βεράντα στο πάτωμα για ένα μικρό άτομο. Η υπηρέτρια έκανε ό,τι μπορούσε για να βοηθήσει καλύπτοντας το παράθυρο με σακούλες σκουπιδιών και κουτιά με κονσέρβες που δούλευαν καταπληκτικά. Δεν έπρεπε να αντέξω δυο μέρες ύπνο και χωρίς ντους γιατί δεν θα μπορούσα να το φτιάξω με καρέκλα κάτω από 50 δολάρια. Δεν θα πρέπει να επιτρέπεται σε κανένα ξενοδοχείο να διαφημίζει τα άτομα με ειδικές ανάγκες που είναι προσβάσιμα εάν δεν πληρούν τα ελάχιστα πρότυπα των προσβάσιμων μέσων. Το φαγητό ήταν καλό και ο υποδοχέας της ημέρας που φύγαμε, ζήτησε συγγνώμη για την αμηχανία."

"Αυτό ήταν το μοτέλ Ρος. Η θερμότητα ήταν εντάξει, το κρεβάτι και το φωτισμό, το πάρκινγκ στο δωμάτιο, ο πάγος που μου έδωσε η καλή γραφειοκρατική κυρία και μου έδωσε σαμπουάν, αφού συνήθως δεν παρέχεται. Ήταν ήσυχα σε μια καλή θέση με μικροκυμάτων και μίνι ψυγείο. Τα αρνητικά δεν είναι πώμα λεκάνης, ούτε πώμα λουτρού και το μέρος είναι αρκετά παλιό ... τι θα περίμενες για ένα μοτέλ που μέχρι πρόσφατα δεν ήταν μέρος του μοτέλ 6 ή οποιασδήποτε αλυσίδας για το θέμα αυτό."

"From start to finish, this booking was inconvenient. On the website, it said cancelation or change was allowed. When I wanted to adjust my dates six months in advance, the hotel refused and told me if I did not check-in on the anticipated date, I would lose all of the money from my booking. Upon checking in, the attendant was relatively pleasant. The room, however, was horrendous. The first issue was that the room was off the end of the hallway at a right angle, completely invisible to any camera surveillance. It was visibly obvious from marring on the door that attempted or successful break-ins had occurred. On top of the marred door, there was inadequate security on the internal-quality and weight hotelmroom door. The "security" measure was literally falling out of the wall, another indication that there had been break-ins. In the bathroom, the heat lamp had visibly been removed and reset into the ceiling with an incredible gap being left open, large enough for a camera to have been installed. Before I could.use the bathroom or shower, I had to go to a store to buy duct tape and ask a family.member to come and tape up the gap around the heatlamp. The door between my room and the adjoining room, which was not booked by me, had only a doorknob lock, and the door, again, was lightweight. The gap between the floor and the bottom of the door was also large enough for forced or manipulated entry to be successful. In culmination, when Intried to check out prior to my checkout date, the manager said that she could not five me a zero-balance receipt because she technically could not check me out. I offered to not receive any money back because I was already familiar with the terrible customer service, but she still insisted that I could not actually be checked out. I received a receipt that she hand wrote that I had vacated a fully-prepaid room. I did not.menrion that there was only I've and vending in the lobby on the first floor, but all of the vending machines were inoperable and/or empty for my entire two-week stay. As this is supposedly a Choice hotel offering, I would hope that more inspection would occur than obviously currently occurs. I am very unhappy that I deleted my photos and videos after showing them to my colleagues and family. If anyone chooses to contact me from Choice, I can tell you my room number so you can confirm the statements made in this review."

"Booked through Super. Ανακάλυψα ότι το ξενοδοχείο ακύρωσε την κράτησή μου. Καταθέσατε διπλά το online τίμημα αφού σας είπαν από το μέτωπο ότι δεν ήταν «τίποτα που μπορούσαν να κάνουν». Το δωμάτιο ήταν άγριο. Περίφημα στον τοίχο. Η πόρτα του δωματίου ήταν χαλασμένη, η τηλεόραση έσπασε. "
