"Auas was our first night after arrival and I was not expecting much. How wrong I was. The landscape of the Auas mountains is so beautiful we didnot want to leave. People were so friendly, deluxe rooms really great and food simple but very good. But what was really surprising was the game next morning. In fact it was one of the three best game drives in a three weeks holiday, with big herds of brown gnus, elands, oryxes, lots of ostriches, impala, springbuk, steenbuk, some foxes, chacals, dikdiks, vultures …and beautiful giraffes in front of majestic mountains. Not 5 minutes without an animal in sight. Petrus was a fantastic and nice guide. So, don’t think twice: Auas is the perfect start to your journey. Love this place."

The bed and shower, most important, are very comfortable. The breakfast is really good. The room was full of dead moths, but was okay for a night. Few staff walking around and those walking around can't even say hello."
