The room hygiene was excellent, and the location is super convenient with a subway station right next door, making it easy to get anywhere. The service was truly great, and the breakfast buffet was rich and varied. As expected from a Jinjiang Group hotel, it's really top-notch. My only regret was that my autumn break coincided with many others, so my overall experience in Xi'an wasn't the best. However, this hotel will definitely be my first choice for my next visit to Xi'an. Highly recommended! I usually don't write reviews, but this one deserves it.

小圆 was my designated contact during my stay in Xi'an She was excellent and attentive even on her day off! Went above and beyond, a credit to the staff. She even got me a little thank you gift to finish off ny first trip to Xi'an on a high Room was excellent, able to walk to Bell Tower (5 minutes), City Wall (20 minutes) and good transoort links e.g. subway/metro Tourist Bus etc as well as good shopping around the area. I made good use of the included Breakfast and afternoon tea (小圆 even ensured I could access when I had checked out for the morning due to ny tour taking me past 3pm) Room came with everything I needed for my stay, slippers robe, toiletries, plentiful bottled water and some soft drinks as well were waitinf in the fridge for me, usual hot drinks too. Will definitely consider staying again when I have the chance to revisit.

Staff were friendly, and allowed us to check in earlier when we arrived and acceded to our request for our 2 rooms to be beside each other. We booked the smallest room for single guests, and room size was just nice for one person. It may be a bit small for couples or families. The staff were also ready to help change a room when the bidet in the first room wasn’t working. Cleanliness can be improved as we found food crumbs on the table. Other than that, location was ok and within walking distance from Exit D of Zhonglou station on Line 2. Also walking distance to Huimin Street. Breakfast was good and they also provided free drinks, coffee and alcohol at certain timings of the day. They are also generous with water and provide Evian water in the rooms. Will definitely come back to stay if we come back to Xi’an.

I randomly picked a hotel on Ctrip and was pleasantly surprised. The front desk staff provided excellent service; they were very friendly, and check-in was exceptionally quick. The hotel lobby is also quite spacious. I was even given two complimentary breakfasts, and I noticed their comprehensive anti-fraud information. The staff also recommended local attractions, specifically Yongxingfang. I went there, had a great time, and the local snacks were delicious. Right next to the hotel, Zhongshan Gate offers access to the city wall, so I took the opportunity to explore it. Walking along it, I truly understood why it's celebrated as the largest and best-preserved ancient city wall existing today – it was incredibly impressive. With 18 picturesque city gates, it's definitely worth a visit. Later, feeling quite tired, I took a taxi back to the hotel using the business card the front desk had provided. Once back, I rested in my room. Upon check-in, I had also received two complimentary bottles of water. The room itself features a lovely Chinese-style decor, is very spacious and roomy, feeling not at all cramped. It appeared newly renovated and was spotlessly clean. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, which I truly appreciated. The next morning, I went to the fifth floor for breakfast. It was a Chinese buffet offering a variety of home-style dishes, which were quite good and delicious! The hotel's location is fantastic, being very close to the subway station, making getting around incredibly convenient. It's served by both Line 4 and Line 1. Line 4, in particular, gets you to popular attractions like Datang Everbright City, Big Wild Goose Pagoda, and Datang Furong Garden in just 5-6 stops. It's genuinely super convenient! Highly, highly recommended!

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, and the location couldn't be any better. You're literally in the heart of Xi'an next to a major tourist destination! The one thing is that I got a room facing the street with a window. It was a very busy street, so at times, the traffic was pretty loud, and the noise insullation wasn't sufficient. Thus, if you're noise sensitive, make sure you request a quiet room and the staff will accomodate you. I've attached pictures of both (i) my room, which was clean and had amazing facilities and (ii) the major tourist site directly outside the hotel, which is right in the center of the city.

This is an interesting hotel within the Renmin Square precinct. It is not actually a 'people's square' in the conventional sense but an official precinct of grand sandstone and marble buildings erected in 1957. The buildings are majestic but the interiors are a little dated and tired. Our rooms were well furnished with very comfortable beds, well-functioning heating, air conditioning and bathrooms. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and assisted us with tourist information and transport. Breakfasts were good with a reasonable variety of dishes. Rooms were suitable serviced each day. I liked the quiet atmosphere of this hotel, its landscaped surroundings, and its close proximity to the CBD. It took us 20 minutes to walk to the Bell Tower and 30 minutes to the ancient city wall. Some of the staff spoke fluent English which was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing hotel, superb value for money! Haven't seen anything within SEA that comes close to this pricing. Location is very close to the Bell Tower (＜10 min walk). Room was extremely spacious with very modern facilities, including a Japanese-style toilet and an Alexa-equivalent smart control device (requires knowledge of Mandarin to control and obviously has no access to Google, YouTube etc.). Cleanliness was top notch and service staff were very friendly & helpful. 24/7 concierge with a security guard. Only downside is that indoor smoking remains a big issue in Mainland China, although the hotel does it best to remind guests to not smoke in the rooms etc. There's also robot room delivery service which works great at all times of the day; just get the service staff to key in the hotel's mobile number for ******* deliveries.

The hotel is located right next to the city walls, offering an elegant and unique atmosphere. The rooms are clean and comfortable, featuring smart toilets. The service is attentive, though the parking lot is quite a walk away. There's no elevator in the hotel. Due to the season, some items listed on the platform, like bathrobes and snacks, were not provided.

Campanile Hotel Xi'an Bell Tower: Excellent Location and Clean Environment, but Child Safety Needs Improvement My recent trip to Xi'an led me to the Campanile Hotel Xi'an Bell Tower, and overall, I was quite satisfied! The hotel boasts a Nordic-style design, with an elegant and comfortable atmosphere. Both the rooms and public areas were impeccably clean, and the bathroom's wet and dry separation was neat and refreshing. The smart room control system, allowing voice command for lights, curtains, and TV, made for a very convenient stay. The location is definitely a highlight! It's just a 1-minute walk to the Bell Tower, and downstairs is the interchange for Metro Line 2 and Line 6. It's a convenient 10-minute walk to Huimin Street and Sajinqiao for food, and you can take the subway directly to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and Datang Everbright City. Getting around and finding food was super easy. The bed quality was excellent, with just the right amount of bounce, and the pillows were comfortable. They even thoughtfully provided complimentary bottled water, a small detail that added to the pleasant experience. The only drawback is that while the hotel offers family rooms, they are not equipped with child bed rails. For guests with children, this raises concerns about them rolling off the bed, requiring us to improvise solutions. I suggest the hotel consider professional child safety solutions, such as installing removable safety rails (ideally at least 20 cm above the mattress edge for better security) in family rooms. This wouldn't affect daily use and would significantly enhance the sense of security for families with children. Overall, the hotel excels in terms of location, environment, and cleanliness. If they can improve their child safety facilities, I believe it will become the top choice for even more family travelers!

I didn't have high expectations, but the service really warmed my heart. It was raining a bit on check-in day, and Butler Xiao Liu quickly came over with an umbrella as I got out of the car. He even helped me with my luggage, so my clothes didn't get wet at all. During my stay, I casually mentioned to the cleaning lady that I needed a hanger, and not long after, not only did she bring one, but she brought two extra. I forgot my charger when checking out, and Xiao Liu called to remind me and even helped me send it by courier. These little details really made a difference!
