The front desk service was attentive and thoughtful, and the hotel even provided welcome fruits. The attention to detail was much appreciated."

"A very satisfying experience. A family of three traveled. The child was in junior high school. We bought a three-person package for 2,000 yuan, which included three Yunhai Hot Spring tickets (unlimited entry), three Fantasy Valley tickets (unlimited entry), three buffet breakfasts, and three interstellar tickets (there seemed to be a children's buffet dinner, which was wasted). I arrived at the hotel at noon on the first day. After swiping my ID card at the front desk, I could go directly to Fantasy Valley to play. After recording my face, I could enter Fantasy Valley and Hot Springs unlimited times for two days. It was very convenient to scan my face. The quick pass of Fantasy Valley is 180 per person, including 8 projects. We didn't buy it. The difficult projects can basically be swiped into the park half an hour in advance the next morning through the fast entry channel. There are self-service drinks and ice cream in the hot spring. You can go in and drink them if you are thirsty. You have to pay for food (the sign is not obvious, and we didn't find it until the next day). The hotel is very new, the rooms and facilities are good, and the breakfast is average. Overall, it is a very low-cost happiness during the Chinese New Year."

"I booked a free upgrade, but the hotel reception didn't provide one. When I reminded them, they said it was the platform's problem and they hadn't received the information, so they wouldn't upgrade me. I don't know if it's the platform's or the hotel's issue. Initially, they said they'd apply to the manager to change the upgrade to milk and fruit, but then they said changing it to a child's breakfast would require an application from higher management. A free upgrade is a guest's right, but the receptionist's attitude was as if I were being unreasonable, requiring me to ask for it before they'd change it, and even then, they asked if I wanted more fruit and milk… Does anyone need fruit and milk? It's utterly ridiculous and unprofessional. The customer service at checkout was much better. I only stayed one day and moved to another hotel. I contacted Ctrip but got no response. I hope they take this seriously and address why the hotel isn't receiving detailed booking information to avoid unnecessary trouble. This isn't the first time I've encountered this information asymmetry, and I'm sure I'm not the only one."
