This is a proper 4 star hotel. The bed is very comfortable. The toiletries are pretty good, the towels are soft and neat. It even includes a bath tub and has a clothes iron. There is a comfortable sofa to lounge on. There is no AC, but Xining is usually cold a d you wouldn't need an AC. The location is great too. Its overlooking the river.
The only issues are
1. The breakfast spread is very very limited
2. It's a very old hotel and smells like one
If you are okay with the limited breakfast spread and the smell, then this is a great hotel for the price.

Overall a good experience. Location is good, next to a nice park and the river. Hotel staff are very friendly. Rooms and hotel are a bit outdated. It’s an older hotel. The beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was mediocre but that’s just based on our own personal preference. The price was right though and the hotel offers a free laundry service which was amazing.

The experience is the worst among my 10 days trip. It is a four star hotel but the service is worse than one star hotel. First, we checked in, the lady’s attitude is not good. We went to the room that they assigned but the room has not cleaned. I can see the trash and the bed sheet on the floor. They then escorted me to the other room. The room is small and old. The tv doesn’t work, the water boiler is unplugged, the wire is short and I had to move the table to get it plug in. The shower head is fixed on the top. Luckily, I only stayed there for one night. I hope this comment can lead you to other hotels.

雖然賓館開的時間長了，設施有些陳舊但是服務還是蠻不錯的，一進屋温度就讓人舒服，乾淨整潔。第二次住，放了水果和一次性馬桶墊，別的賓館真沒感受到，不知道為啥給我放，蠻不錯的體驗。建議把一些成舊設施設備包括一些開線了的床上用品更換一下那就更完美了。

優點：有歡迎水果；床舒適度可以；客房服務態度很好；
缺點：房間WiFi沒法用，連接隔壁的信號差；浴室設計不合理，洗完澡之後積水排不出去；浴缸太小了；房門關閉不嚴。
注意：統一空調可能會冷。

床上用品破破爛爛的很
房間的瓶裝水其中一瓶還是用過的、熱水壺裡還有不知道煮過什麼東西的水
總之太差了 負分滾粗

酒店位置很好，交通方便，冬季室內有暖氣，温暖舒適，乾淨整潔，床墊柔軟舒適，有沐浴還有浴缸，性價比非常高

机场班车就在海悦酒店的旁边，去塔尔寺的909公交車站在酒店的对馬路，有三辆公交車可以直达火車站，机埸班车途中也停靠火車站，所以酒店的地理位置很理想，我們在酒店住宿了三個晚上，总的感觉是很不错的，房间干净，自助早餐有特色，特别要感谢的是，那天急需用指甲刀向服务台借用時，总台的服务员馬上就送了壹盒指甲用具，及時解决了咱們的困难，為此事在此再次深表感谢。
