"In general, the hotel is quite justified by its cost. Service at normal level: staff are very kind and sincerely trying to help with any issues arising. There are almost no claims to clean up, cleanliness is acceptable. There is all the equipment and facilities declared inside, except perhaps the most important status of the non-smoking room. The main and very serious shortcoming of this place is everywhere smoking. Despite the ”Do not smoke” tablets, compliance with the rules is absolutely not followed. Because of this, tobacco smoke is unimpeded even in those rooms where smoking is prohibited. The situation is aggravated over the weekend: the smell becomes so concentrated that there is a persistent feeling that you are smoking right in your room. Unfortunately, this minus badly damages the overall impression of good service."

"This hotel has great facilities, including a gym, a laundry room with an ironing board and dryer – so you can wash and wear your clothes right away. The rooms also have humidifiers, and the bathrooms have a wet/dry separation. The location is excellent, right in the city center with a bus stop just outside. Coming from the airport, you can take the airport shuttle directly to the Urban Planning Exhibition Hall, which is about a 500-600 meter walk to the hotel. Dining is convenient, with a large Wangfujing Department Store and the Shuijing Alley snack street within walking distance. Plus, there's a branch of the famous Ga Zhang Wa restaurant right across from the hotel. The front desk staff in the lobby on the first floor are very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet on the second floor offers a rich variety of dishes, with some particularly authentic Northwestern cuisine, and the dessert area is also quite good. The rooms are kept very clean. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Xining! Xining Changjiang International Hotel."

"The service attitude was absolutely fantastic, from the front desk to the cleaning staff – everyone was incredibly helpful and quick to resolve any issues. However, it's clear the hotel is a bit older, as the soundproofing between rooms wasn't great. Also, some of the in-room amenities might have minor quirks, but the hotel staff were always on hand to assist. The breakfast, while not offering a huge variety, was very homely and delicious."

"My friend and I came here for the May Day holiday and booked this hotel because it was relatively cheap. I was a little worried beforehand, since it was inexpensive and near the high-speed rail station. But we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived! The rooms were large and clean, and the front desk service was excellent! We stored our luggage here twice: once for two days (we went to Qinghai Lake and Delingha in between) and once for half a day (when we went to explore the city). The front desk staff didn't complain at all; they immediately agreed to our requests—very efficient! Overall, I highly recommend it, haha ​​(this is a bit of a hasty post, haha)."

"I stayed for one night and had a wonderful experience. The citrus scent in the lobby was fresh and pleasant, and the room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable blend of orange and wood tones. The bedding was just the right firmness, and the toiletries had a lovely sweet orange scent. The front desk staff were very welcoming and even gave me tangerine candy. The free minibar with soft drinks was a thoughtful touch. I'll definitely choose Orange Hotel again next time!"

"Location is close to many eating places and dong guan mosque which is good. However, the bed and pillows were too hard for a comfortable rest. Toilet towels provided were all disposable, which was different from the photos. Room was smaller than what the photos were showing. For a non-smoking room, it sure smelt of cigarettes alot. This was because of weak enforcement of the no smoking rule. Other hotel guests were smoking in the corridors."

"Nice room with view from neighborhood. It's 30min walk from downtown but there are plenty of restaurants and markets nearby. I was the only guest during the 4 nights I was there, so not much of an atmosphere despite the nice social areas. The heating system (underfloor) works only in the night so it's a bit chill during the day. There are hot showers and possibly of doing laundry (10yuan a load)."
