This was my second stay at the hotel, and it felt just as familiar and relaxing as the first time. It's still incredibly clean and hygienic. The breakfast spread is fantastic, with everything from beef noodles to bread, jams, and fruit salad. I even managed to hit the gym 3 times on this trip – it was great! I'll definitely be back if I get the chance. The only minor issue is that the room gets a bit dry and too warm in winter. Could you possibly provide thinner duvets or add a humidifier?

The Vienna Hotel on Delingha Road in Xining truly exceeded my expectations! Located in a prime location on Delingha Road in the Chengdong District, it's surrounded by a mature commercial area with supermarkets, fruit markets, and numerous halal restaurants, making life incredibly convenient. The rooms are spacious, bright, and spotless, with a warm and elegant European style. The bedding is a custom-made Sweet Dreams Bed from a reputable brand, ensuring a restful sleep. There's a reliable 24-hour hot water supply, excellent bathroom facilities, and fast Wi-Fi. The front desk staff are attentive and patient, proactively offering information on local attractions and dining options. The free parking is ample and convenient for those driving. The breakfast selection is extensive, authentic, and the service is prompt and attentive to detail, making it an excellent choice for accommodation in Xining!

Every time I come to Xining for a business trip, I stay here. This is the last time this year, and I've gotten used to everything about this place – the warm reception from the front desk ladies, the cozy service from the housekeeping department, and the comfortable heating in the room during winter.

Facilities: The facilities are very complete, and there is a washing machine for washing clothes, which is really convenient Service: The two ladies at the front desk are very nice. Basically, they will help solve any problems. I am very happy to meet them Hygiene: They come to clean every day, and the stay is very comfortable Environment: There is also a buffet breakfast in the morning. The watermelon is the best, and the other dishes are also delicious

The boss was very enthusiastic. Our plane was delayed. We arrived at 3 o'clock in the morning. The boss drove his fragrant BYD Qin to pick us up and was very patient. Although the room is not large, it is cleaned very clean, especially the bathroom, sink and toilet are spotless and very comfortable.

Despite the initial difficulty in finding the room, the experience went quite smoothly. The rooms are not very soundproof, and the bathroom I found was not very clean... but that's because of the other guests, not the manager! The owner can speak English and can guide you to access your room independently, without the need to check in physically.

Excellent location, close to Xining Station, walking distance, old Samsung hotel, facilities have some time, but it is more comfortable to live, cost-effective, full room on the day, also helped upgrade the suite, praise 👍. Breakfast is simpler, others are good, next time Xining still stays at this hotel.

The hotel room is so big! Clean and tidy! Great! The environment of the hotel is really good. Very close to the train station, very convenient, there is a supermarket downstairs, the restaurant is very convenient to eat! ! !

The hotel is well-equipped for the price. There's no air conditioning, but the customer service provided us with an electric heater, which was very much appreciated. We were also allowed to check in early, which was also very much appreciated. The only downsides were the bathroom odor and the lack of anti-slip mats in the shower room. Hopefully, this will be improved.

The environment is very good, the room is clean, the facilities are quite new, the decoration style is very simple, very close to the train station, it is not very easy to find, it was found by calling the hotel front desk at the time hahahaha
