"I didn't expect this hotel to be so close to Yinji. We had originally planned to book a hotel nearby after leaving Yinji, and it was only a half-hour walk away, so it was really close. The bathroom and shower were both excellent. We had a pipe clog once, so we called the front desk, and they came right away, even apologizing. The toothbrush and slippers they provided for the children were very thoughtful. We hadn't received any of these at Hanting Hotel or Starway Hotel the other day. "This hotel is really great! It's close to all the attractions, and after a long day of sightseeing, you can relax in the hot springs. The housekeeping staff, particularly Zhang Jianqiu and Chang Xianghong, were incredibly warm and efficient. When I wanted to use the hot spring, Sister Chang meticulously cleaned the tub. Seeing that I had a child, she even proactively gave us extra water. At the restaurant, Yang Jingwen noticed my child couldn't reach the table and immediately came over to ask if we needed a high chair. However, there were a couple of minor issues. I booked for two nights, but for some reason, I had to renew my room card on the second day, which I've never encountered before. Also, when I checked in, the front desk took my license plate number and said it would be registered until my departure. But when I left, I found out it hadn't been entered, and I had to contact them again to sort it out."
