The elevator hall on the first floor was separated by wooden boards. One of the three elevators that Atour can use is still under construction. If you go to the top floor for dinner and return to the room, you really can't wait. The experience is not very good. Service: When I arrived, the waiter told me that there were members having supper, but in fact there was nothing in the restaurant. There was no staff to maintain it. The front desk and the staff responsible for processing orders really need to be trained. I originally placed a second order (cancellable), and the weather improved on the second day and I decided to leave, so I checked out after breakfast. Later, two things happened: First, the cancellation of the order was rejected on the grounds that the order had been checked in. But in fact, I had checked out after breakfast and never renewed the room card. After verification and understanding by Ctrip customer service, the cancellation was successful. Second, at 3 pm on the day of check-out, the front desk called, and the tone and content were full of dissatisfaction, "You placed an order before, and then you canceled it. Now it's 3 pm, so when are you going to check out?" There was heavy snow in Henan that day, so the itinerary was repeated, because I had been paying attention to the road conditions of Henan Expressway before deciding to set off. When the front desk called this phone, I was almost at the border of Beijing. If it was really just an omission in the handover of the employees, which made them mistakenly think that I had not checked out, it could be considered a reason. But the question is, the opening remarks of the call urging check-out should be to scold you for canceling the order before? Is this too unprofessional? Is this how the hotel industry does business? I have been using Ctrip for more than 20 years, and I have never claimed any exemption from the platform or any hotel outside the cancellation rules. If I breach the contract, it is fine to deduct 10%, 30%, or the full amount. But because of canceling an order, it is really the first time that the front desk staff of a listed hotel brand have implied on the phone. If I were an old man/a young person who just went out for work/a guest who seldom went out, or a guest who used Ctrip for the first time/stayed at Atour for the first time, the aura of this front desk would really make me fear hotel reservations from then on. The heavy snow in Henan during the Spring Festival left a deep impression and memory on many friends, especially the high efficiency and sense of responsibility of Henan Expressway Department. I have stayed at Atour many times before, and the overall impression was good. But this Atour in Xinxiang is an absolute discredit to this city and the Atour brand."
